Senior film producer to Avalon

We are looking for an experienced Senior Film Producer to join our team of brand experience experts and storytellers, working on

one of our most important client relationships. This is a senior, hands-on role covering the full spectrum of corporate film

production — from concept to final delivery — across event, documentary, and commercial formats.

You'll be producing content for a wide range of audiences, including international employees, investors, media, and social

platforms, and you'll work closely with our Executive Producers, production managers, CD, event producers and our creative film

and motion editors.

• Ensure smooth continuation of existing successful formats, while actively identifying and developing new formats to fulfill

client needs

• Act as the main point of contact with the client throughout production and delivery, building and maintaining a trusted,

long-term relationship

• Adapt content and formats for different audiences — including employees, investors, media, and social media — while maintaining

a consistent narrative and brand voice

• Collaborate closely with Executive Producers, the Film Production Manager, Creative Director, event producers, DoPs, sound

engineers and editors to deliver integrated, high-quality productions

• Strong knowledge of the corporate communications landscape, and the different formats and requirements for internal and external

audiences

• Proven ability to manage the full production lifecycle: concept development, scripting, planning, on-location

producing/directing, and post-production oversight

You'll be stepping into a senior role on one of our most important client accounts, with many exciting ongoing projects. You'll

also have the creative freedom to shape future high-profile documentary and commercial productions from the ground up — backed by

an experienced team and a client relationship built on years of trust.
