WHAT YOU’LL DO
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Store Performance team at H&M. Store Performance helps thousands of store colleagues make better decisions through insights, analytics, and increasingly AI-powered experiences. As we evolve from traditional dashboards towards intelligent decision support, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the platform.
As a Senior Engineer, you'll combine hands-on development with technical leadership, helping the team design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across the full stack while mentoring others and driving engineering excellence.
In addition to above you will:
Design, build, and maintain modern full stack applications and services.
Contribute to architecture and technical roadmap decisions.
Work closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering partners to deliver customer value.
Drive engineering best practices across quality, security, testing, and observability.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
Improve platform reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
Explore AI, MCP, and context-engineering approaches where they create meaningful business value.
Help foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.

WHO YOU ARE

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical depth with a collaborative mindset.
You likely have:
5+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong full stack development experience with modern web technologies.
Experience working with React, TypeScript, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern engineering practices.
Solid understanding of software architecture, scalable system design, and engineering best practices.
Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and operational excellence.
A passion for mentoring others and improving how teams work.
The ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
Curiosity about AI, intelligent applications, and emerging technologies.
Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys solving real business problems, taking ownership, and helping others succeed.
