industrial, data centre, office, logistics, and residential. The firm employs over 100 people and manages assets totalling EUR 5

As the company continues to grow, Areim is now looking to strengthen its Investments team with a Senior Investment Professional
based in Stockholm, focused on driving strategic initiatives, shaping investment strategy, and ensuring team alignment with
Areim’s strategic goals. This is a senior role with a strong mandate to drive business and originate opportunities, reporting
directly to the Co-CEO and based at Areim’s headquarters in central Stockholm.
The role
As a Senior Investment Professional, you are a leader responsible for overseeing multiple projects and guiding the team’s
strategic direction. You identify high-impact opportunities, lead deal execution and maintain strong relationships with
stakeholders. You also foster a collaborative culture, mentor team members and cultivate relationships with internal and external
key stakeholders to advance our market presence.
Key responsibilities and tasks
Identify, lead and negotiate high-impact investment opportunities aligned with Areim's strategic and financial goals.
- Project lead deal teams, deliver business cases to the Investment Committee and investors and manage the full process from
investment thesis formulation to transaction execution.
- Proactively source new opportunities through networking and industry events, leveraging an extensive network to support deal
flow and strategic insights.
Shaping and driving the team’s strategic direction with thought leadership.
- Drive change management initiatives to improve processes, manage risks and ensure efficient delivery of future business plans
and projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication at
all levels.
Your profile
We are searching for a humble team player and business creator with a passion for investments and value creation. You appreciate
the entrepreneurial environment where everything is possible if you take responsibility. You enjoy talking to senior management at
large international investors while also being able to lead and motivate the team to do their best. We assume that you have a
strong academic record and a genuine interest of the real estate- and finance sector, experience in generating, executing and
managing complex transactions as well as enjoy direct interaction with market participants and investors.
Qualifications and suitable background
- Solid experience within the property sector, with a strong focus on transactions and business development. A preference for
candidates with a background in investment and asset management, ideally from a principal perspective.
Proven track record of sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and executing property transactions.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term, sustainable business relationships.
An extensive and well-maintained network within the industry.
Education
Relevant academic degree, where a master’s degree in real estate, finance or business administration is preferred
Personal qualities
Business-minded with strong drive and implementation skills, as well as the ability to independently drive processes.
High social competence with the ability to build long-term sustainable relationships.
Genuinely interested in developing your own and the team's leadership to contribute to Areims success.
Proactive and solution-oriented with good analytical skills and strategic insight.
