Senior IT Service Specialist to ABAX Sweden

We are looking for a Senior IT Service Specialist to join our global team, based in our new Stockholm office, and take ownership

of delivering a seamless IT experience across the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations,

working closely with global IT teams while supporting local needs and contributing to broader IT initiatives.

This role suits someone who thrives in a hands-on, autonomous environment, combining strong technical expertise with excellent

communication skills. You bring a customer-first mindset, with the ability to turn complex issues into clear, user-friendly

solutions.

• Provide comprehensive IT support to the entire organization, handling 1st line support inquiries via phone and the support

ticketing system

• Support onboarding of new employees in the Stockholm office, ensuring timely setup and delivery of all essential equipment as

well as other office, when capacity allows

• Extensive experience as an IT Support or Service Engineer in a professional environment, with a proven ability to independently

diagnose and resolve complex technical issues

• Hands-on experience with multiple operating systems, including Windows (10/11), macOS, and Linux, as well as mobile platforms

(iOS and Android)

• Good understanding of IT security best practices, such as identity protection, MFA, endpoint security, and handling sensitive

information
