ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior Product Manager for Capacity & Conversion, you'll lead the strategy behind matching users to a delightful delivery
journey, while making sure our locker capacity is used as efficiently as possible. Capacity is one of the core challenges at
Instabee: your team ensures we offer the right shipment destinations at the right time, keeping conversion rates high while
delivering on our promise of a fast, uncomplicated experience for both customers and merchants.
This role is about driving business impact — understanding ecommerce logic and consumer behavior, and solving complex trade-offs
between loyalty, parcel volume, and operational constraints. If you thrive on turning ambiguous, complex challenges into clear,
high-impact product strategies that move real-world numbers, this is the role for you.

Identify and define the challenges in your area with the highest potential for impact
Break down company-wide and business area goals into actionable work
- Prioritize activities based on their potential to move our North Star metric, investing resources in validating the most
promising opportunities and supporting cross-team bets to success
Build the roadmap, secure buy-in from stakeholders, and navigate the path to successful outcomes
YOUR FUTURE TEAM
You'll join a tight-knit team within our Network business area — PMs, decision analysts, and business leaders who collaborate
across departments, bring clarity to ambiguity, and value real-world impact over theoretical perfection. Curiosity, humility, and
a strong drive to make things better are what bring us together. The product team you'll lead consists of highly skilled software
engineers, machine learning experts, and data scientists, supported by an Engineering Manager and Staff Engineer as your co-leads.

We're looking for a true leader and relationship-builder with a strong sense of ownership — someone equally comfortable leading
strategic conversations with senior leadership as they are breaking down complex data into actionable insights. With strong
business acumen, analytical skills, and a bias toward impact, you know how to prioritize ruthlessly and keep teams focused on what
matters most.
Proven success as a Product Manager, or in an equivalent role, in a fast-paced environment
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to bring people along on a vision
Curious and analytical, guided equally by data and business intuition
- A natural leader who motivates, sets clear expectations, and leads with trust rather than tasks, generating real-world impact
at high speed
- Ability to articulate the vision for the team and for a wide range of stakeholders, from senior executives to highly
specialized technical experts
