Som Customer Success Manager hos Evify får du en central roll i att säkerställa en förstklassig kundupplevelse inom laddboxar,
elbilsladdning, solceller och batterilösningar. Du arbetar nära våra kunder genom hela deras resa och blir en viktig del i att
stärka vårt varumärke inom grön teknik.
Som Customer Success Manager är du kundens främsta kontaktperson efter försäljning och genom hela installationsprocessen. En
viktig del av rollen är att du sitter i vår first line telefonväxel under arbetstid, där du hanterar inkommande samtal från kunder
gällande batterier, solceller och laddboxar.
Du hjälper kunder med frågor, guidar dem i våra appar och lösningar samt hanterar enklare felsökning och ärenden kopplade till
installation och drift. Vid mer komplexa ärenden ser du till att rätt person internt tar vid, samtidigt som du behåller ägarskapet
över kundupplevelsen.
Utöver telefonen arbetar du proaktivt med att följa upp kunder, säkerställa att installationer fungerar som de ska och att kunden
känner sig trygg genom hela processen – från avtal och installation till driftstart och vidare support. Rollen kombinerar operativ
support med relationsbyggande, där du samarbetar tätt med säljare, projektkoordinatorer och tekniker för att säkerställa hög
kvalitet i varje leverans.

Vem vi söker
För att trivas i rollen ser vi att du har erfarenhet av kundsupport, kundservice eller Customer Success – gärna i en roll med
mycket kundkontakt via telefon.
Du är kommunikativ, trygg i samtal och tycker om att hjälpa kunder i realtid, samtidigt som du är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad
och tar ansvar för att följa upp ärenden hela vägen i mål.
Ett intresse för hållbara energilösningar och teknik är viktigt, och du behärskar svenska flytande i både tal och skrift.
Har du erfarenhet från energibranschen – exempelvis inom laddboxar, solceller eller batterilösningar – är det meriterande, liksom
tidigare arbete i supportfunktion, onboarding eller teknisk kundservice.

We are now looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join our team at WorkShop! In this role, you will be formally employed by WorkShop, but you will work dedicated as an interim consultant for our client Chromebook covering a 12-month parental leave. You will be a driving force in the Northern European market cluster, with a primary focus on the Nordic market. As a Partner Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in the journey, contributing to both brand-building and tactical marketing of cutting-edge Chromebook laptops powered by ChromeOS. As our Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving the success of our partner program. Working closely with Partner Account Managers and cross-functional teams in marketing and sales, you'll develop, implement, and optimize strategies that equip our partners to effectively promote and sell our digital signage solutions. This role is about building strong partner relationships, providing partners with impactful marketing tools, and ensuring that our solutions are positioned optimally to reach their end customers. We're present across the Nordics and expanding into new markets, so some travel will be part of the role. To thrive in this role, you'll need a "get things done" mindset, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. Key responsibilities Partner activation * Work closely with Partner Account Managers to build strong relationships with partners and resellers. * Develop and execute marketing strategies that engage and activate channel partners to increase demand generation and sales through our resellers. * Equip partners with co-branded marketing assets, sales collateral, and playbooks tailored to different verticals and regions. Campaign development and execution * Implement joint marketing campaigns with partners, ensuring alignment with their goals and our company objectives. * Manage partner marketing initiatives, including lead generation activities and webinars. * Track the success of campaigns and analyze performance metrics, making recommendations for optimization. Events marketing * Events are a major part of this role. Our partners run several events each year where we participate on-site with our solutions and sales staff, and you'll co-brand and collaborate closely with them to make this happen. * Own the planning and execution of larger partner events, ensuring strong on-site presence and maximizing activation and follow-up from each one. Co-marketing * Build and maintain a partner marketing toolkit, including case studies, white papers, blog posts, and sales decks, to ensure partners have the resources they need to succeed. * Coordinate joint case studies with partners and shared customers, from contact details to interview planning, working closely with our content marketer. * Plan and execute co-marketing social media activity with partners, sharing company news, milestones, and joint successes to amplify reach for both parties. Reporting * Track, analyze, and report on partner marketing initiatives' performance to ensure programs are driving measurable results (e.g., lead generation, partner engagement, sales growth). * Provide regular updates on the effectiveness of partner marketing strategies and areas for improvement. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- About you: To succeed in this role, you need: * 5+ years in B2B Marketing, Partner Marketing or Channel marketing. Proven experience in developing and executing partner marketing strategies, ideally in a SaaS or technology company. * Strong project and event management skills, with the ability to manage multiple partner activities at once. * Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, working across partners, sales, and internal marketing. * Hands-on experience adapting and localizing existing marketing content and sales collateral to fit partner-specific and regional needs, working closely with our content marketer. * Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot (or similar) to manage, track, and report on marketing activities. * Analytical mindset, comfortable tracking campaign and event performance and turning data into recommendations. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Commercial understanding of B2B or channel sales. * Willingness to travel and work across markets and cultures. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What we offer! Beyond this, we're looking for someone who: * Is fluent in Swedish/Norwegian and English, written and spoken * Has solid working knowledge of Excel and/or analytics tools such as Databricks or Power BI * Has a strong understanding of generative AI, ideally with practical experience using it independently * Holds a relevant degree with exposure to statistics or analysis - e.g. economics, data science, or business administration Meriting: * Experience from financial services (consumer lending, mortgages, or collections) * Familiarity with SQL, Python, Tableau or hands-on experience building workflows with AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar) * Experience with project work or operational development Have you heard of NOBAVERSE?
