The Role
Legora's TA function is entering its next chapter. In Europe that means new offices in Madrid, Paris, and Milan opening now, with
more markets to follow. Hiring the sales and GTM talent to build those teams, across multiple languages, cultures, and talent
pools simultaneously, is one of the most complex recruiting challenges in the business right now.
Based in Stockholm, you'll lead GTM recruiting across Europe, managing a team of GTM Talent Partners and working closely with the
European revenue leadership as Legora builds out its continental presence. You'll report to the Director of GTM Recruiting and be
accountable for the quality, pace, and consistency of sales and GTM hiring across the region.

WHAT YOU BRING * Demonstrated multi-year successful sales experience, ideally gained in the SaaS, technology or healthcare sector. * Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences. * Prior experience driving and / or contributing to public tender processes would be highly beneficial in this role. * A high level of initiative, a structured approach to work, and a passion for embracing challenges in a dynamic environment. * Native level in Swedish and fluent in English, with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. * Passion for improving healthcare delivery through thoughtful, impactful innovation. On the Global Merchant team, our mission is to provide best-in-class merchant selection—spanning restaurants and other verticals—to deliver exceptional value to consumers while empowering merchants to grow their businesses profitably on Wolt. We achieve this by building world-class operations, launching innovative products and working as one team across our 30 countries. We’re looking for a Senior Director to scale Wolt’s sales operations across 30 countries. This requires an exceptional strategic frontline sales leader who drives energy, competitiveness, and accountability. You will be responsible for new merchant acquisition, leading a sales organization of approximately 300 people spanning almost all Wolt countries. You will also lead Wolt’s Global Sales Strategy & Operations team that is responsible for sales and selection strategy, variable pay, sales tooling and sales compliance. Their job is to help every country and region win with best in class insights, processes and scalable playbooks. This is a management position with high visibility and direct influence on the company’s global success. This role will partner closely with other leaders across Operations, Finance, Analytics, Marketing and Product to build GTM strategies and deliver on Wolt’s overall goals.
