As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting inbound and outbound leads into long-term customers within one of PERGOLUX’s core Nordic markets. You will own the full sales cycle (from first contact to closing) while acting as a trusted advisor to customers investing in premium outdoor-living solutions. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Proactively reach out to qualified sales leads via outbound phone calls and follow-ups to drive conversions. * Provide professional sales consultations, understanding customer needs and recommending tailored PERGOLUX solutions. * Prepare and send quotes, negotiate terms, and close deals to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. * Manage and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring excellent data hygiene and forecasting accuracy. * Collaborate closely with the SCAN sales team and Country Manager to strengthen PERGOLUX’s long-term market presence. WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Previous, high performing, experience in a sales role or strong motivation and ability to transition to or begin your first sales role. * Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform is a plus. * Fluency in Danish, plus professional working proficiency in English. * Excellent communication skills, resilience, and a genuine enjoyment of speaking with customers by phone. * Interest in premium products, outdoor living, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. As a Customer Account Advisor at bet365, you will be part of the European Customer Service team helping our customers around the world from our office in sunny Malta. This puts you at the forefront of the world's most popular online gambling brand, helping customers with a wide range of queries related to their bet365 account. This position is offered as a full-time position which requires flexible working hours. In order to cover the full sports calendar, you work in a shift system in which you work five days out of seven; this regularly includes public holidays and weekends. This role falls under our hybrid working model, where you will work both from home and in the office. When working from the office, you will work from a modern office in the heart of Sliema with spectacular sea views and nearby flat rocky beaches with a variety of outdoor activities.
