Control Coordinator to join our Pilgrim’s Transportation team here in Greeley, CO! This person will act as the liaison between our
internal production facilities and external distributors, ensure accuracy of documentation and work cross functionally with
various supply chain and sales teams within the company. Responsibilities: Processes all shipping and receiving transactions
between our production plants and our external distribution network Maintains real time inventory accuracy and traceability
between SAP and third-party WMS systems Partners closely with other internal departments and external companies to ensure the
timely and precise movement of our stock transfers and sales orders Invoices external warehouses for damage claims and cycle count
adjustments Complete monthly inventory reconciliation reports Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of
inventory control or distribution planning experience Experience with MS Office Suite – especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
SAP knowledge and experience preferred Positive communication skills and optimistic attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment and ensure accuracy in daily tasks Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation The

This position involves managing weekly cycle counting processes, yearly physical inventory, bin management, and handling issues related to sales and purchase orders. The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records, assisting in freight claims, and supporting the efficient operation of the warehouse. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Inventory Management: * Conduct weekly inventory cycle counts, ensuring the accuracy of stock counts by reconciling them with computer-generated reports. * Communicate cycle count results to management for data analysis and improvement. Yearly Physical Inventory: * Collaborate with warehouse and operations management in preparing for and executing the yearly physical inventory process. * Contribute to maintaining an accurate inventory record. What does an Inventory Coordinator do at Swire Coca-Cola? The inventory coordinator is responsible for all warehouse inventory control processes and maintaining accurate records in accordance with company policies. This would include, but not limited to, performing a physical count and reconciliation of inventory, investigating and correcting all discovered discrepancies, ensuring all monthly, weekly, and daily Requirements are achieved; and communicating important information regarding the condition, trends, or processes impacting the ability to maintain adequate control of the inventory of all warehouse goods including finished goods, raw materials, and deposit Items with warehouse leadership. Responsibilities: * Reconcile finished goods inventory in SAP, the inventory database, compared to the finished goods inventory that is physically counted * Conduct daily cycle counts to research and correct any variances * Count and research and correct any variances in inventory * Teamwork, in order to ensure all finished goods are completed in a timely manner which does not disrupt production operations or product supply to the Sales Centers and especially to the customers * Performs other tasks as determined and assigned by Warehouse Management including Pallet Building when required Requirements: * 1+ years Warehouse and/or inventory experience required * Extensive knowledge of all Warehouse Processes and Systems (SAP) * Analytical Skills and ability to count * Strong PC Skills including Microsoft Office Applications and SharePoint * Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere while walking and repetitively lifting 30 lbs * Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
