How You’ll Make an Impact Define and implement the local data workstream strategy, aligning with global guidelines and project milestones Lead planning and scheduling for workshops and capability teams, ensuring all activities and deliverables are on track Collaborate with data experts and project managers to remove roadblocks and support seamless execution Analyze data, oversee cleansing and migration, and report progress to the Project Leadership Team Manage quality, risks, and issues for the data workstream, driving continuous improvement and project success Set up organization and process to keep SAP data clean after go-live What You Bring Academic background in a relevant field At least 5 years of experience in SAP data management and migration within rollout projects Strong understanding of data structures in manufacturing environments Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results Proficiency in English; Swedish language skills are a plus Experience in large international projects About the Team You’ll join a dynamic project team, at Siemens Energy Sweden, working closely with colleagues in the UK and North America as part of the S4E Unify transformation. Placement: Boden What you’ll do Right now, we are looking for a Planning & Scheduling Lead for our Central Planning team. A lead to us is an experienced person similar to a senior role. In this role you will report to our Planning leadership and sit within our Project Delivery function. The team is responsible for driving planning excellence, schedule assurance, and project-wide coordination across one of the largest industrial projects in Europe. As Planning & Scheduling Lead, you will act as the Owner's representative for planning and scheduling within your assigned project area. You will work closely with Construction, Engineering, Commissioning, EPCM partners, and contractors to ensure schedules are realistic, integrated, and aligned with project objectives. This is a site-based role with a strong focus on schedule assurance, progress validation, forecasting, and delivery performance. Specific to this role, the day-to-day tasks will include the following but as we are a growing company with very little silos between teams, other tasks might be included as well. * Act as the planning and scheduling focal point for an assigned project area * Review and challenge EPCM and contractor schedules to ensure quality, logic integrity, and compliance with project standards * Develop, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the assigned area * Integrate schedules from contractors, EPCM partners, and stakeholders into a single aligned plan * Monitor progress, perform schedule analysis, and provide forecasting based on actual site conditions * Identify schedule risks, constraints, and opportunities, and support mitigation and recovery planning * Participate in site reviews, coordination meetings, and planning workshops with project stakeholders * Produce weekly and monthly schedule reports to support project controls and management decision-making What you’ll bring You’re curious and believe that real progress happens when we work together. This role serves as both a functional and technical expert, responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing governance of RSH. Key responsibilities include defining and enabling forecasting and workload balancing, planning and assigning work orders, optimizing resource utilization, and enhancing the RSH solution to meet each customer’s unique needs. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP RSH projects, ensuring on time,on budget execution and high customer satisfaction. * Participate in presales activities with customers to support for potential SAP opportunities and provide input into creating detailed Statements of Work. * Lead workshops as the subject matter expert for RSH business processes. * Support customers in the installation and configuration of SAP S/4 HANA Asset Management for Resource Scheduling to plan and dispatch maintenance tasks. * Work closely with customers tocreate schedules, simulate workloads, level capacity, and assign techniciansbased on skills and availability.  * Develop training materials and guide users (planners, technicians) on RSH functionality.
