* Are you looking for a hands-on marketing role where you can make an immediate difference — taking ownership of the operational tasks that keep a high-performing marketing team moving at pace? * Do you enjoy variety, pick up new tools quickly and take pride in getting things done accurately and efficiently — whether that's publishing content, supporting a campaign launch or pulling together a performance report? The Marketing Analyst will be a versatile, reliable presence within Modulr's marketing function — working across the team, picking up operational and analytical tasks. From managing our HubSpot CMS and publishing workflow through to supporting campaign execution and producing regular performance reports, you will touch most areas of the function and build a broad foundation for a marketing career. Who We Are Modulr is the payments automation platform that streamlines money movement with accuracy, control and reliability — built to scale. We process more than 200m transactions and over £180bn in payment value on an annualised basis, and we're trusted by over 6,000 businesses from fast-growing SMEs to global enterprises. We automate how money moves into and out of a business — payroll, supplier payments, spend management and payment collection — through a single platform, connected to the accounting and payroll systems finance teams already use and underpinned by principal memberships of Visa and Mastercard and direct access to central bank infrastructure. As a regulated payments provider with over a decade of experience, we're the platform finance teams trust to run mission-critical operations. Modulr is backed by PayPal, FIS, General Atlantic, Blenheim Chalcot, Frog Capital and Highland Europe, with over 400 employees across London, Edinburgh, Amsterdam, Mumbai and Pune. Find out more about us on our website. What you'll do You will own operational and analytical work that keeps the function running. You will work across content, demand generation, campaigns and comms, supporting different team members on different days and building genuine breadth across the marketing discipline. * Own the end-to-end HubSpot content publishing workflow — formatting and uploading articles and case studies, managing all metadata (URL slugs, meta descriptions, categories, image alt text), adding structured data markup, generating and reviewing audio narrations, running SEO and link validation checks, and co-ordinating with the social team to ensure content goes out accurately and on time. * Work through and maintain the HubSpot CMS backlog — updating and improving existing published articles and case studies, removing redundant or empty content, and ensuring the site's published pages consistently meet technical and SEO standards. * Support campaign and email publishing across the team — assisting with the operational steps required to build, test, schedule and launch campaigns and emails in HubSpot, ensuring accurate tagging, tracking and attribution throughout. * Produce regular marketing performance reports — pulling data from HubSpot, Google Analytics and paid channels to track traffic, content engagement, email performance and lead generation metrics, and presenting findings clearly for the team. * Support PR and thought leadership publishing — helping the comms team get articles, press pieces and executive content live accurately and efficiently, following the same quality and SEO standards applied across the rest of the site. * Maintain data quality across marketing systems — keeping contact records, campaign tags, lifecycle stages and attribution data clean and consistently structured in HubSpot, so that reporting across the function remains reliable. * Pick up ad hoc tasks from across the marketing team — providing responsive, accurate support on data pulls, content updates, tool administration and any other operational needs that arise across a fast-moving function. What you'll need You will be an organised, data driven individual who thrives on variety, takes pride in precision and is genuinely excited about building a broad marketing skillset from the inside of a scaling fintech. * Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CMS, email or CRM), Google Analytics or similar tools. * Exceptional attention to detail — able to follow multi-step processes accurately and consistently, catching errors others miss and maintaining quality even when juggling several tasks at once. * A working understanding of SEO basics — including metadata, on-page optimisation and content structure — or a clear desire to develop this knowledge quickly on the job. * Comfortable with data — able to pull reports, read marketing metrics and summarise performance clearly, without needing every step to be prescribed. * Clear written communication skills in English — able to write accurate metadata, alt text, reporting commentary and process notes to a consistently high standard. * Collaborative and adaptable — happy to work across multiple teams, switch contexts and take direction from different stakeholders, all while staying organised and on top of your workload. * Self-sufficient and proactive — able to manage a backlog of tasks independently, ask sensible questions when genuinely stuck, and take initiative without waiting to be told what to do next. ModInclusion We believe that by seeing Modulr, and the world, from all sorts of angles, we can make life better for all. We want you to know that the things that make you, you — like your identity, age, ability, and background — are things that we will always celebrate and support with open arms. As such, we are keen to maximise the diversity of our workforce and actively encourage applications from anyone and everyone.
About the Marketing Analyst at Headspace: Headspace is on a mission to improve the health and happiness of the world. Our marketing team drives growth across both direct-to-consumer subscriptions and B2B partnerships with employers, health plans, and strategic partners. Behind that growth is a real measurement challenge: multiple acquisition channels, a mobile-first attribution landscape, a rich lifecycle program, and partners who each need their own view of the numbers. The Marketing Analyst is the vital analytics partner who enables the marketing org to make data-driven decisions and navigate complexity with clarity. You will own the measurement, attribution, and experimentation work that tells us what is working, why, and what to do next. This is a proactive, impactful role—we are seeking a dedicated thought partner who brings unique insights and thrives on driving initiatives forward. What you will do: Measurement & reporting * Build and extend the marketing metrics (signups, cost per signup, CPA, attribution, engagement, retention) and reporting so partners can self-serve and trust the numbers, rather than rebuilding the stack from first principles each time. * Design the measurement approach alongside a campaign — defining KPIs, instrumentation needs, and success criteria before launch, so the team leads with data instead of reverse-engineering it afterward. * Own a process that connects campaign activity to downstream business signals (engagement spikes, care utilization, conversions) in near-real-time — replacing recurring fire drills with reliable, proactive reporting. Experimentation & causal analysis * Partner on experiment design: pressure-test the hypothesis, check that tests are powered and correctly set up, and be clear about what we are actually trying to learn. * Run post-mortems that go past “what happened” to “what we should do next,” proposing follow-on iterations and optimization plays. * Apply causal methods — incrementality testing, geo/holdout designs, and media mix modeling — to separate true signal from noise. Acquisition & paid media analytics * Build LTV analysis by channel to guide budget allocation and channel strategy. * Stand up and maintain attribution across SKAN (iOS) and web, and reconcile platform-reported, modeled (MMM), and self-reported views into a coherent picture. * Partner with Product to land a “How did you hear about us” (HDYHAU) survey in the mobile onboarding flow, then turn it into a usable self-reported attribution signal. Lifecycle & retention analytics * Analyze trial-to-paid conversion, engagement, churn, and reactivation across the lifecycle — without needing a briefing on what those metrics mean. * Work fluently with CRM / lifecycle data structures (e.g., Braze) and journey/funnel analysis. What you will bring: Required Skills: * 4+ years in marketing, growth, or product analytics, or a comparable quantitative role. * Strong Tableau and SQL skills, and comfort working directly in a data warehouse. * Hands-on fluency with a product analytics platform (Amplitude or similar) and with marketing measurement generally. * Marketing-metrics literacy — open and click rates, conversion funnels, CAC/CPA, LTV, and attribution concepts. * Demonstrated experimentation and causal-inference skills: A/B testing, power analysis, incrementality, and holdout design. * A track record of self-directed ownership — you drive your own deadlines and flag slippage proactively, before anyone has to chase. * The ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical partners. * Care and rigor when handling sensitive member and health-related data. Preferred Skills: * Mobile attribution experience (SKAN / SKAdNetwork) and familiarity with media mix modeling tools (e.g., Recast). * Experience with Braze or a comparable CRM / lifecycle marketing platform. * Experience supporting B2B marketing and partnership analytics, including account- or org-level reporting. * Background in subscription, consumer app, or digital health businesses. * A working relationship with, or strong instinct for partnering with, Data Engineering. Location: This role is open to candidates across the US. Candidates must permanently reside in the US full-time. If your primary residence is in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, this role follows our hybrid model, with 3 days per week in office to support in-person collaboration. Your recruiter will share more details. Pay & Benefits: The anticipated new hire base salary range for this full-time position is $100,800-$140,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are based on the job, level, and location, and reflect the lowest to highest geographic markets where we are hiring for this role within the United States. Within this range, individual compensation is determined by a candidate’s location as well as a range of factors including but not limited to: unique relevant experience, job-related skills, and education or training. To ensure we are adhering to best practice and ethical guidelines in the field of mental health, we take care to avoid dual relationships. A dual relationship occurs when a mental health care provider has a second, significantly different relationship with their client in addition to the traditional client-therapist relationship—including, for example, a managerial relationship. As such, Headspace requests that individuals who have received coaching or clinical services at Headspace wait until their care with Headspace is complete before applying for a position. If someone with a Headspace account is hired for a position, please note their account will be deactivated and they will not be able to use Headspace services for the duration of their employment. Further, if Headspace cannot find a role that fails to resolve an ethical issue associated with a dual relationship, Headspace may need to take steps to ensure ethical obligations are being adhered to, including a delayed start date or a potential leave of absence. Such steps would be taken to protect both the former member, as well as any relevant individuals from their care team, from impairment, risk of exploitation, or harm.
