We are looking for an experienced Group Manager – Project Quality Management
What You Will Work On
Lead and develop the Project Quality Management team
Manage Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities across industrial projects
Plan team resources and balance project workloads
Support, coach, and develop team members
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize quality processes
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, and Bid Management teams
Support bid preparation through quality planning, budget estimates, and review of customer quality requirements
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, contractual requirements, and internal quality standards
Monitor project quality performance and resolve quality-related issues
Lead quality planning throughout project execution
Coordinate quality documentation, inspections, audits, and reporting
Identify risks and implement preventive and corrective actions
Promote a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Support organizational development and change initiatives
What You Bring
Previous experience as a Team Leader, Group Manager, or Line Manager
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC)
Background in technically complex industrial or engineering projects
Experience working in project-based organizations
Understanding of project execution and quality management processes
Ability to collaborate across multiple engineering and business functions
Experience driving process improvements and organizational change
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent English and good Swedish communication skills

Assignment Description We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager What You Will Work On Lead the implementation of a new production blending line Take over an ongoing investment project through a structured handover Manage the project from execution through final delivery Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones Coordinate project activities alongside ongoing production operations Manage suppliers, contractors, and external vendors Oversee contracts, procurement activities, and supplier performance Ensure technical solutions meet business, operational, and quality requirements Monitor project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans Coordinate cross-functional teams including production, engineering, maintenance, and quality Track project progress and communicate status to key stakeholders Ensure compliance with food production standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements Drive successful commissioning and handover of the new production line What You Bring Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager within food production or food manufacturing (mandatory) Strong experience managing industrial investment or capital projects Experience managing suppliers, contracts, procurement, and external vendors Strong understanding of industrial production and manufacturing environments Experience coordinating projects within active production facilities Excellent project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management skills Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities Ability to independently lead complex technical projects Structured, organized, and delivery-focused approach Flexible, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset

Assignment Description We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager IT What You Will Work On Ensure IT compliance for computerized systems and IT infrastructure Review and approve risk assessments, qualification, and validation documentation Review change controls, deviations, and periodic system reviews Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, SOPs, and internal quality requirements Support Computerized System Validation (CSV) activities Participate in IT compliance, qualification, and validation projects Provide QA support for IT projects and system changes Ensure data integrity principles are applied across IT systems Maintain and update the inventory of computerized systems Collaborate with QA, IT, Validation, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders Support continuous improvements in IT quality, security, availability, and compliance Contribute to regulatory inspections and audit readiness Review technical documentation to ensure regulatory compliance Support quality activities throughout the system lifecycle What You Bring Experience working in IT Compliance within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or other GxP-regulated industries Strong understanding of Computerized System Validation (CSV) Experience reviewing qualification and validation documentation Knowledge of GMP, GxP, and pharmaceutical quality systems Strong understanding of Data Integrity principles (ALCOA+) Experience with change control, risk assessments, and periodic reviews Experience supporting QA and validation activities for computerized systems Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset Flexible with a proactive approach to quality and compliance
Who will you work with? Wabtec Faiveley Nordic AB is part of Wabtec Corporation, a system supplier to the international railway industry. We are a world-leading supplier of brake components and a service provider for the rail industry. How will you make a difference? As a Project Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest possible quality and service This is an operational role with leadership of two Project Quality Engineers. What will your typical day look like? Customer contact and communication –ensure that customer needs are met with quick and effective actions. Drive quality investigations – Handle customer complaints by analyzing technical deviations and leading problem‑solving processes. Ensure technical quality – Work proactively in early project phases to improve quality assurance and minimize deviations in serial production. Experience feedback – Create and implement lessons learned from handled deviations and spread best practices horizontally across applicable areas. Lead a team of two Project Quality Engineers. Data analysis and reporting – Work with quality statistics (Parts per Million, Non‑Conforming Report, Cost of Poor Quality) and make data‑driven decisions. Process development – Improve and further develop Faiveley Nordic’s quality processes and systems. What do we want to know about you? Engineering degree (preferably in production technology, mechanics, or electronics). +10 years of experience in Quality roles and +2 years of experience in people management roles. Experience in industrial production (experience from the automotive or railway industry, or vehicle maintenance, is an advantage). Knowledge of quality tools such as QRQC, APQP, FMEA, FTA, 8D, Six Sigma, etc. Strong technical analysis skills and good drawing comprehension. Strong MS Office skills and experience working with quality data. Fluent English and Swedish. Customer‑focused and service‑minded. Drive and initiative – you enjoy solving problems and improving processes. Strong leadership. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
