FirstVet is growing in Norway and we want to get in touch with dedicated veterinarians who are passionate about helping people and
animals, and at the same time are ready to try a new, video call based way of working. As a veterinarian at FirstVet you are a key
person in the organisation and you will be responsible for providing the best possible service to our clients.

To be successful in this role we believe you are a service minded person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. It
would be great if you have previous experience working for a service similar to FirstVet, for example consulting over the phone,
but it is not a requirement. Interest in new technology is always appreciated.

THE ROLE FirstVet is expanding in Germany, and we are now looking for dedicated veterinarians who are passionate about helping both pet owners and their animals. As a veterinarian at FirstVet, you use the latest technology to provide expert support and advice through video consultations. We offer varied part-time work with great flexibility in scheduling, while you become part of an engaged digital team where you collaborate and grow alongside your colleagues. We understand the importance of balancing work and personal life. At FirstVet, you work fully remotely from anywhere in Germany, with the freedom to choose your workplace and working hours. In this role, strong communication skills are essential, as you will build trust with pet owners and provide clear, professional guidance throughout the consultation process. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Carry out consultations via video calls with pet owners and their pets * Easily assess the pet’s condition and, through communication with the owner, either recommend simple treatments or provide a referral to a local veterinary clinic or specialist. * Provide follow-up on cases through careful record-keeping and written feedback to clients DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS * 4+ years of clinical experience working with small animals, other animals is a plus * Qualified veterinary surgeon, registered to practice veterinary medicine in Germany * Fluent in German and English. Other languages are a plus.
