About the Position:
We are looking for outgoing and service-minded employees for the 2026/2027 winter season. We are recruiting full-time staff positions.
Throughout the winter, we welcome thousands of enthusiastic skiers to our resort, and our goal is to ensure they have a great experience. As a member of our Ski Department, it is important that you are outgoing, flexible, and positive. Your work will include ski equipment rentals, sales, and customer service. We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working in a customer-focused environment. You should be responsible, proactive, and able to work well as part of a team.
For some employees, part of the role will involve working in the ski school. You must have solid skiing experience, and instructor certification or training is an advantage. If you work in the ski school, it is important that you enjoy working with people and are comfortable teaching both children and adults.
As a Ski Department employee, you will also be involved in the resort's rescue and emergency response services. Applicants should therefore be in good physical condition and comfortable working at heights. Previous experience from other ski resorts is an advantage, but not required. Necessary training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rental of alpine skis, snowboards, and cross-country ski equipment
- Customer service and cash register operation
- Daily ski rental shop operations
- Ski school instruction
- Assisting with activities and events during certain periods
- Providing guests with the highest level of service

Skills:
- Proficiency in at least one Scandinavian language
- You must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience in a similar role and good skiing skills are an advantage
- Access to a personal vehicle is an advantage
- As the role includes participation in the ski resort's rescue and emergency response services, applicants should be in good physical condition and comfortable working at heights
- You provide excellent customer service and have a friendly, outgoing personality
- Willing and eager to learn
