Position: Senior Automation Design Specialist
What will you do?
CLS(TW) is seeking a Logistics Automation Specialist to help lead the successful implementation of our new Auto Sorter system
project. The core of this role is to ensure a successful system launch, maximize operational efficiency, and secure long-term
stability. Key responsibilities include applying "lessons learned" from existing equipment data to optimize the design of the new
system. You will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from manufacturing to final stabilization, overseeing the schedule,
budget, and risks while leading collaboration between internal and external teams. Post-launch, you will conduct real-time
analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like uptime and sorting accuracy to develop and execute data-driven improvement
plans. This also involves working closely with on-site teams to enhance operational processes and strengthen their capabilities.
Finally, you will establish a systematic, preventative maintenance program focused on proactive care rather than reactive repairs.
This includes creating inspection schedules, managing spare parts, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for rapid
issue resolution to minimize downtime. Ultimately, this position requires a leader with a strong blend of technical expertise,
project management skills, and data-driven analytical capabilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Involve in the full lifecycle of the Auto Sorter system implementation, from design and manufacturing to launch and
stabilization.
* Apply data-driven insights from existing equipment to optimize new system design and performance.
* Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and risk mitigation across internal and external stakeholders.
* Monitor and analyze real-time KPIs such as uptime, throughput, and sorting accuracy to drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with operations, engineering, and vendor teams to ensure seamless system integration and operational readiness.
* Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs, including inspection schedules and spare parts management.
* Create and maintain SOPs for troubleshooting and rapid issue resolution to minimize downtime.
* Support on-site teams with training and process optimization to enhance operational capabilities.
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout system deployment and operation.
* Champion innovation and automation to improve logistics efficiency and deliver customer WOW in Taiwan’s fast-paced e-commerce
market.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
* 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, logistics systems, or industrial project management.
* Proven track record of leading large-scale automation or equipment deployment projects.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI monitoring and data-driven decision making.
* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP).
* Familiarity with industrial automation systems, PLCs, sensors, and conveyor technologies.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including cross-functional collaboration.
* Intermediate English proficiency
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.

Position: Senior Line Haul Specialist (Middle Mile)
Role Overview
The Senior Line Haul Specialist role plays a key part in arranging and optimizing linehaul truck operations, analyzing service
performance, managing vendor and route-level activities, and driving process improvements through effective cross-team
collaboration and communication.
What You Will Do:
* Arrange linehaul trucks using the system and communicate with relevant teams (FCs, hubs, camps, vendors, etc.)
* Analyze transportation service status and make improvement through collaboration (LOS: level of service)
* Manage vendor and route-level operation and settlement
* Establish initiatives for overall truck transportation, improve operational processes, and handle relevant communications
Required Qualifications
* Experience in logistics and transportation management (5+ years)
* Experience as a manager (subteam leader, team leader) in logistics and transportation management (2+ years)
* Ability to plan logistics operation process (2+ years), manage operations, manage metrics, and report to the management-
Experience in participating in development of TMS/BMS/WMS or proficiency in using those systems
* Ability to analyze using data tools and report to top management
* Submission of career-based portfolio and PT interview required
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* Ability to do day shift work, but able to work alternative shifts during specific seasons
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in logistics and transportation management (5+ years)
* Experience in e-commerce/retail/courier businesses
* Completion of related majors such as transportation and supply chain
* Experience reporting KPIs to top management (2+ years)
* Excellent communication skills and basic English conversation skills

cross-functionally with Instock, Compliance, Cross Border Brand Management teams
What You Will Do
Customs Clearance and Inspection Management
* Manage import/export customs clearance activities to ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and on-time
completion
* Possess solid knowledge of product inspection processes, with the ability to handle both food and non-food SKUs
* For food products, demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the full inspection workflow and effectively respond to inquiries
from the TFDA
Compliance Collaboration
* Work closely with Compliance team to ensure products imported and sold comply with Taiwanese regulations
Cost and Efficiency Control
* Manage and control costs related to import/export operations
Basic Qualifications
* 8 years of working experience in supply chain management.
* Familiarity with cross-border product customs declaration and inspection processes, as well as understanding the documentation
required by TFDA is a must
* Experience with food products is a plus
* Proficient in the use of Excel
* Strong cross-functional communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible, and adaptable to a rapidly
changing startup environment
* Intermediate proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
