Role Overview
We are hiring Program Managers for our Instock Management team to optimize product quality and customer experience. In this role,
you will establish a verification process for T0 (Direct) and T1 (Authorized) vendors and build a Vendor Scorecard to monitor
operational defects (Andon cords). You will partner closely with FC, BM, and CS teams to manage SLAs, reduce the aging of defects,
and enforce a rigorous block/unblock mechanism for underperforming vendors. This is an excellent opportunity for data-driven
operators who excel at cross-functional execution and continuous inbound supply chain improvement.
What You Will Do
We are seeking for dynamic, data-driven, and highly strategic Program Managers to join our Instock Managementteam. In this role,
you will sit at the critical intersection of inbound supply chain health, product quality, and customer experience.
You will own the operational framework for managing and auditing our supply base, specifically classifying them into $T0$ (Direct
Vendors) and $T1$ (Non-Direct but Authorized Vendors). A core focus of this role will be designing and scaling a
comprehensive Vendor Scorecard to track operational and quality defects (Andon cords). You will also build and enforce the
governance mechanism to block non-compliant vendors from our platform and establish clear pathways for them to be unblocked once
corrective actions are met.

The Instock team is a critical team in Coupang, by managing inventory to build and maintain new selection while controlling costs such as overstock. The team works closely with cross-functional teams including business/vendor managers, supply chain, product, program and finance to deliver a world class e-commerce shopping experience. What you will do? * Work backwards from the needs of the customers and vendors to deliver the right inventory, at the right time, and at the right place. * Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure that customer in-stock and vendor needs are surpassed * Drive business growth by ensuring that customer desired items are always in-stock and sufficiently stocked up * Partner with vendors at the right cadence to optimize metrics such as lead-time, and fill-rate * Utilize data to effectively prioritize the most impactful actions to deliver key business results. * Effectively dive deep to identify the root cause of issues, develop solutions and implement the solve. * Manage ordering process and systems to effectively balance competing business priorities. * Guide the development of processes and controls to monitor behavior of Forecasting, Inbound, and Inventory Management systems and continuously improve existing capabilities. Essential Qualifications: * 8+ years of relevant work experience in the areas of Demand Forecasting, Ordering, Procurement, Inventory Management and Supply Chain. * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain-related fields. * Demonstrated ability to partner with vendors to deliver business results. * Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail, and ability to influence without authority. * Passion to grow and take on increasing responsibility and challenges. * Ability to set high standards and drive others to excellence. * Ability to effectively use data to complete analyses.
