We are looking for a Product Designer to join Figma Weave, this role sits at the intersection of generative AI, node-based
workflow editing, and creative tools, building a platform that makes sophisticated AI generation accessible through visual
workflows. You'll work directly with our founding team to drive critical initiatives - from our workflow editor, to team
collaboration features, to strategic integrations with Figma. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor where you'll

This PM will play a central role in defining how Figma Weave evolves to support broader audiences, more flexible workflows, and scalable creative output. You’ll work at the intersection of design systems, structured workflows, automation, and AI-enabled creation; helping teams produce high-quality, on-brand work at scale while preserving the creative intent behind it. This is a full time role that can be held from our Tel Aviv Hub. What you’ll do at Figma Weave: * Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Figma Weave as it expands to serve new user segments and use cases * Identify opportunities to make structured, node-based workflows more intuitive, adaptable, and accessible to a broader range of creators * Develop abstraction layers and editing capabilities that allow teams to modify and extend existing workflows without sacrificing quality or consistency * Shape capabilities that enable users to generate variations and new outputs efficiently within defined creative systems * Balance foundational investments with user-facing improvements to support both immediate adoption and long-term scalability * Translate complex systems and workflow concepts into clear, compelling narratives for cross-functional stakeholders * Establish success metrics around workflow adoption, output quality, scalability, and user impact We’d love to hear from you if you have: * 6+ years of experience as a full-time Product Manager * Experience building products that support structured workflows or multi-step creation pipelines * Strong product intuition paired with the ability to operate in technically complex environments * A track record of expanding products to new audiences while preserving depth for power users * Excellent cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to align teams around ambitious, evolving strategies and comfort navigating ambiguity and defining structure in emerging product spaces While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have: * Experience working on creative tools, node-based tools, automation platforms, or generative AI products * Familiarity with motion design, brand systems, or large-scale content production workflows * Background in scaling products from early-stage adoption to broader market reach * Experience supporting multiple personas within a single product ecosystem At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We're looking for an experienced and accomplished engineering leader to join us in our mission to scale Figma Weave while upholding the quality and craft our users love. You'll partner closely with Product, Design, Data, Marketing, and GTM to chart the course for these features and leverage them to help Figma further deepen its engagement with designers. This is a full time hybrid role based out of our Tel Aviv, Israel office. WHAT YOU'LL DO AT FIGMA WEAVE: * Partner with Product and Design to build and execute on a long-term roadmap * Work closely with cross-functional partners and other engineering teams to expand what's possible with the application of AI to creative problems * Hire, manage, support and develop a team of engineers, including staff level engineers * Establish trust within and across teams by creating accountability and a positive work environment in partnership with other leaders in the organization * Contribute to and help shape the growth of the Weave engineering organization as it scales * Play an active role in building an inclusive team culture through hiring practices, mentorship, and cross-team community programs WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE: * 4+ years of experience hiring and leading teams as an engineering manager * Ability to think strategically about engineering and product roadmaps, on both short and longer term time horizons * Hands-on technical experience, you have built complex products and systems as an individual contributor, and can represent the technical details of work shipped by the team you've managed * Proven leadership skills in building a high-performing and highly engaged engineering team, including an established track record of motivating, mentoring, and guiding senior engineers, and hiring top industry talent * Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Design, and Marketing, as well as collaborating with other engineering teams to ship both customer and internal-facing projects WHILE IT'S NOT REQUIRED, IT'S AN ADDED PLUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE: * Experience working with, or on, design/creative tooling At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go.
