We are currently seeking a motivated analyst, specialising in oncology, to join our growing team. In your role as a Business
Analyst you will be working on a wide variety of projects for our pharma clients. You will be expected to help with the smooth
running of current projects, contact external sources (such as a range of industry stakeholders and key opinion leaders - KOLs)
through telephone research, and attend international medical congresses. Quick adaptation and learning skills will be necessary as
you move from one project/therapy area to the next.
Integral and key member of client engagement team, committed to developing and delivering executable project outcomes to meet
specific objectives of our global clients. Working proactively and collaboratively with numerous stakeholders, to ensure smooth
running and delivery of multiple projects.
1. Conducting primary and secondary research using the most appropriate sources
2. Analysing and interpreting research findings that uncover and generate insights aligned with the overall brief and client
objectives
3. Working with team subject experts to develop different perspectives and substantive insights
4. Partnering and overseeing sub-contractors and project work streams
5. Creating and presenting accurate, insightful, impactful and persuasive reports and presentations to clients
6. Creating and maintaining project timetables, project plans, quality control practices and procedures to support agreed
deliverables
1. PhD/PharmD + BSc/MSc in life sciences.
2. Strong expertise/background in oncology.
3. Strong research and analytical skills with an ability to conceptualise analysis into processes and frameworks
4. Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
5. Foreign language skills are preferred

and in writing to any audience

Key responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to understand business needs and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions Provide well-structured and detailed functional and non-functional requirements and specifications. Collaborate with architects, other business analysts and development teams to refine solution proposals. Capture and monitor requirements fulfilment during solution deliveries and support development teams. Contribute to improving Way of Working (WoW) related to the requirement management process. Analyzing and tailoring existing solutions to align with evolving business needs Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst or System Architect or a similar analytical role involving requirements gathering, process modelling, and data analysis and solution design. Strong skills in requirements elicitation and analysis, including experience conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and documenting business and functional requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI or similar platforms. Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). What You’ll Do * Work day-to-day within the client delivery team under the coordination of the Delivery Manager, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and risk identification. * Lead client discovery workshops, challenge existing processes, and identify opportunities for Cytora to add value to the end user. * Translate client business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and process designs that support and direct conversations with engineering and product teams. * Identify data inputs, system integration touchpoints, and exception scenarios early in the design lifecycle. * Manage extensive and in depth analytical reporting of product performance, utilising tools such as Thoughtspot. * Design and optimise AI-driven workflows, including prompt strategies and efficient analytical reporting. * Continuously identify opportunities to improve BA practice efficiency through AI — including automating repetitive analysis tasks, accelerating documentation and enhancing insight generation. * Ensure solution quality through test strategy ownership, acceptance criteria, UAT leadership - covering end-to-end scenarios, edge cases, and compliance-sensitive flows, and AI output validation. * Collaborate within agile delivery teams to manage priorities, risks, and dependencies. * Drive continuous improvement by monitoring live solutions and enhancing performance through iteration. You might bring: * Proven Business Analysis experience, with meaningful exposure to the insurance sector (underwriting, claims, policy administration, or distribution) * Proven ability to run client-facing workshops and influence senior stakeholders — including the confidence to challenge established thinking constructively * Practical, hands-on experience with AI tools — including prompt engineering, building AI-assisted workflows, and a clear understanding of LLM behaviour and limitations * High standard of written and verbal communication.
