Main Areas of Responsibility
Responsible for ensuring a stable workflow in the follow‑up of delivery orders for their customer portfolio and preparing sales forecasts, while always maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Handling delivery orders — from receipt to final customer delivery.
Managing the customer portfolio and working in customer portals (updates, archiving, etc.).
Receiving customer inquiries and maintaining daily contact with customers and suppliers.
Working with packing instructions according to customer requirements.
Ensuring delivery times and quality requirements are met.
Maintaining accuracy in the sales plan for the assigned customer portfolio.
Managing safety stock and performing daily follow‑ups (changes, phase‑outs, etc.).
Participating in inventory counts.
The role also includes responsibilities related to material procurement, where you handle a number of supplier and logistics tasks.
Education and Experience
Upper‑secondary education + at least 2 years of experience and/or experience in a similar role, preferably within an industrial environment.
Professional Skills
A strong representative of the company — communicative, attentive, independent, and proactive.
Analytical ability, customer‑service oriented, stress‑resistant, and comfortable on the phone.
Good knowledge of Office programs is required.
Swedish and English (fluent in speech and writing).
An interest in improving and developing processes.
Knowledge of transport administration.
