About Odin
Odin is building the investment infrastructure for the future of private markets. We believe capital is one of the most powerful
tools for shaping the world - and more people should be putting it to work. Our mission is to make it radically easier to raise
and deploy capital, so that anyone, anywhere, can back the companies and ideas they believe in.
Our first product is a full-stack platform for launching and running private investment firms - think Shopify for VC and PE. We
handle all the infrastructure: from legals and investor onboarding to KYC/AML, payments, tax, reporting, and exits.
We’re already trusted by over 10,000 angels, VCs, and founders. We administer over $500m in assets, covering investments from
pre-seed to series E. This includes household names like ElevenLabs, OpenAI, SpaceX, xAI, Anduril, etc. but also new companies
creating everything from synthetic brains to small nuclear reactors.
Why We’re Hiring
Customer Experience at Odin isn’t a support function. It’s how we win.
Our customers come to us at the highest-stakes moments of their professional lives. They’re closing deals, calling capital, moving
real money, and dealing with real regulators. When something breaks or feels uncertain, you are the person they turn to. You are
the face of Odin in those moments.
Your job is not to close tickets. Your job is to make sure customers love Odin so much they tell other people about us, and to
build the systems, content, automation and feedback loops that make every future customer’s experience better than the last.
If you’ve worked in customer support or investor relations and felt the function could be 10x sharper, more proactive, more
product-shaping and less reactive, this role will resonate.

We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations. * Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models. * Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location. WHAT WE OFFER * Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. * Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities. * Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend. * Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose. * Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy. * Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. ABOUT THE ROLE ElevenLabs is growing fast — and as head of Talent Operations, you'll be the strategic force that makes that growth possible at scale. This isn't a support role. You'll own the infrastructure, tooling, strategy, and team that power how ElevenLabs hires across every function and every market. You'll work directly with the Head of Talent and senior leadership to translate hiring ambitions into operational reality — whether that's standing up a specific hiring programme across new markets, designing the frameworks that make our interviewers more calibrated, or architecting the integration between our HRIS and ATS to eliminate manual work at scale. The problems are large, the autonomy is real, and the impact is immediate. This role requires you to be an IC as well as a lead, driving the team forward whilst having the technical aptitude and attitude to dive into topics and help the team build solutions. Specifically, you will: * Own the end-to-end talent technology stack — leading vendor strategy, managing relationships, making build vs. buy decisions, and ensuring tools are configured, integrated, and used to their full potential. * Identify, design and drive org-wide hiring programmes and frameworks — from interview evaluation systems, to our headcount planning solution and multi-market hiring playbooks. * Lead and develop a team of Talent Operators and Coordinators, setting direction, managing priorities, and creating the conditions for the team to operate at pace without sacrificing quality or candidate experience. * Own the talent data strategy — defining what we measure, building dashboards and reports that surface what matters, and making sure the whole team is working from the same picture. * Act as the strategic interface between Talent and cross-functional partners across People, Finance, Legal, and Engineering, managing complex stakeholder relationships and unblocking hiring at every level. * Identify and eliminate operational drag — building durable SOPs, designing scalable processes, and deploying automation (n8n, AI tooling, custom integrations) wherever it meaningfully reduces friction. * Own core functional processes such as headcount planning. REQUIREMENTS We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about making talent operations run like a well-oiled machine. * Proven experience leading talent operations or other operational function at a high-growth technology company, ideally through a period of significant scale. * Strong strategic thinking — you can zoom out to design a programme across ten markets and zoom back in to make a tactical call on an ATS configuration the same day. * Deep experience owning or significantly influencing a recruiting tech stack; you understand how ATS pipelines, HRIS integrations, and data flows connect, and you can drive decisions across all of them. * Track record building and leading teams — you know how to set direction clearly, develop people, and hold a high bar without micromanaging. * Exceptional stakeholder management — you've worked closely with senior cross-functional leaders and know how to move fast without leaving people behind. * A builder's instinct — you default to systemic solutions over one-off fixes, and you're comfortable driving automation and tooling decisions hands-on, not just in concept. Nice to have: * Experience designing and running multi-market or international hiring programmes. * Comfort with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, or similar) or building lightweight technical solutions yourself. * Prior experience working in or alongside a fast-scaling AI or deep tech company. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, making data-driven decisions, and driving business impact, this could be a great fit. LOCATION This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw. #LI-Remote

About the role This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. You'll design and run the programs - onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks - that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use case and expand into new ones. Everything you build has to scale across a high-volume book, not be custom to one account. You'll need deep product fluency - enough to be the most credible voice in the room on how to use the product well - without ever owning an account or its technical implementation directly. This is a builder role for someone extremely analytical, comfortable running live enablement at scale, and already advanced with AI tools to automate the systems behind it. Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to: * Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices, and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case * Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - you're a product expert on our existing product and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming to market * Proactively audit customer agents prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a value-add service that drives deeper adoption * Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on our reporting capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region * Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases * Engage with external implementation partner and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey (e.g., Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering) * Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results Requirements * 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role- at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book * Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products * A track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more * You think in systems but are creative: you're always asking "how do we scale or automate this," and building automations and workflows with AI tools is ingrained in how you work * Extremely analytical: you identify trends easily and use them to close gaps, surface opportunities or standardize best practices. You also identify data points that aren't yet tracked but would uncover new insights and change strategy * Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM to move adoption forward * Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment * Fluency in English is essential, fluency in a 2nd European language (French, Spanish, German, Polish) is desirable Growth Potential We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role: * Growth Roles - Regional Adoption Lead * Other teams: Account Management, Digital CX or Deployment Strategist Location This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, Dublin or Paris. #LI-Remote

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, Product Engineers and other Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform, against the challenging problems our customers face. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the existing workflows are, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be. No two days are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist you can expect to: * Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals and locate their biggest pain points, particularly around customer-facing and operational workflows powered by AI agents. * Own flagship deals end-to-end — from identifying the right use case to structuring commercial terms (including outcome-based pricing, license fees, and implementation arrangements) and driving them to close. * Embed yourself deeply inside strategic customers: act as a trusted partner with a provisioned account, spend meaningful time onsite, and own delivery outcomes as if you were part of their team. * Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement with customer problems and workflows, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring them to life. * Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products (e.g. ElevenAgents); including agent design, agent orchestration, production readiness to maximize adoption and impact. * Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand our AI solutions across different sectors globally. * Present the results of our work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives. * Collaborate with our Research teams to feed field insights back into ElevenLabs' platform and models, helping shape the roadmap. * Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents and our broader AI technology to new and existing customers. * Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure agents reach production and deliver measurable business outcomes. Requirements * 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity. Direct enterprise customer experience is preferred. * Experience in product development, delivery, and change management * Commercial instinct: comfort engaging in deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles alongside GTM partners. * Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration, sufficient to prototype, demo, and communicate credibly with engineering teams. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; particularly the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and structure clear logic in pursuit of optimal solutions. * A proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results. * Adaptability to work across different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases. * Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks. * Ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems LOCATION This role is remote and can be executed globally.
