Job Overview
The Senior Deal Desk Analyst is a strategic partner to the Sales, Finance, and Legal teams, responsible for leading complex deal
structuring efforts, improving quote-to-cash (QTC) operations, and driving scalable deal governance practices. This role brings
deep knowledge of SaaS contract models, pricing strategies, and revenue recognition, while also serving as a mentor to junior team

Job Overview The Deal Desk team at Coursera partners closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to enable efficient, scalable, and commercially sound deal execution across the Enterprise business. As the Senior Manager, Deal Desk, you will lead a team of 5-10 employees and continuously evolve the global Deal Desk function, establishing scalable commercial governance, pricing practices, and operational processes that support enterprise revenue growth. This role serves as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership and executive stakeholders by balancing customer needs with business objectives. You will partner closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, Pricing & Packaging, Legal, Deal Operations, Product, Compensation, and other cross-functional teams to remove obstacles throughout the sales cycle, improve operational efficiency, and continuously evolve commercial policies and processes that enable scalable growth. This role is responsible for developing market-competitive, financially sound pricing for dark fiber, route-based infrastructure solutions, and related fiber network services. This position partners closely with Sales, Finance, Network Planning, Product, Legal, and Executive leadership to structure complex opportunities, support customer negotiations, and drive disciplined commercial outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong financial and analytical skills with an understanding of fiber infrastructure economics, hyperscale buying behaviors, and wholesale telecom contract structures.
