As an Account Coordinator, Paid Search your primary function will be to provide vital production support for your account team.
Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to running and formatting performance reports, implementing account tasks
and optimizations, building and uploading campaigns, and participating in and taking notes during internal syncs, client meetings,
and presentations.
Account Coordinators will become responsible for 2-3 accounts and will learn DEPT®’s best practices for Paid Search Engine
Marketing while gaining the foundational skills necessary to progress into more advanced roles that will expand on the breadth and
depth of knowledge.
We expect Account Coordinator's to develop a solid foundation of paid search analytical and technical expertise and be proficient

ROLE OVERVIEW We are hiring a technically-minded Growth Marketer to drive adoption and revenue for two of our most important new bets at Blue Cube Services: our perpetual futures product and our prediction markets product. The right person combines a sharp growth mindset with hands-on performance marketing chops and genuine fluency in data — comfortable defining the funnel, running the campaigns, reading the results, and making the next call themselves. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES GROWTH STRATEGY * Own the growth roadmap for perpetual futures and prediction markets, identifying the highest-leverage opportunities to grow active users, volume, and revenue * Define the funnel for each product — acquisition, activation, first trade, repeat trade, retention — and instrument it end-to-end * Build and continuously refine growth hypotheses, experiments, and playbooks specific to each product's mechanics and audience PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXECUTION * Actively plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across relevant performance channels (paid search, paid social, programmatic, app channels, on-chain and crypto-native channels where applicable) * Own creative briefs, audience targeting, bidding, and budget allocation, and iterate based on data * Drive measurable revenue from paid spend, with clear ROAS, CAC, and LTV-aware decision making DATA AND MEASUREMENT * Be the person on the team who is most comfortable in the numbers — pulling data, building dashboards, querying where needed, and turning that into decisions * Define and track the core growth metrics for each product (CAC, payback, ROAS, cohort retention, volume per user, revenue per user, etc.) * Use data to prioritise where to spend time and money, and to kill what isn't working quickly * Partner with analytics, product, and engineering to make sure tracking, attribution, and event instrumentation are reliable CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION * Work closely alongside the Perpetual Futures Marketing Manager to extrapolate what is working and scale it across both products * Coordinate with product, design, and content teams on landing pages, in-product funnels, lifecycle messaging, and creative * Share learnings across the wider marketing org so growth wins in one product compound into the others REQUIREMENTS * 3–5 years in a growth or performance marketing role with direct ownership of paid budgets and revenue outcomes * Strong technical and analytical chops — confident in SQL, spreadsheets, BI tools (Looker, Mode, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar), and attribution platforms * Hands-on experience managing campaigns across at least two of: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, app channels, or crypto-native ad networks * Demonstrable track record of growing a product through a combination of paid acquisition, funnel optimisation, and experimentation * Comfort working on products with complex mechanics — able to understand them deeply enough to market them credibly * Strong written English and ability to brief creative, write ad copy, and communicate results clearly * Self-starter mindset — happy to define the plan, ship the work, and own the outcome NICE TO HAVE * Working knowledge of crypto, derivatives (perps, futures, options), prediction markets, or on-chain trading products * Familiarity with the specific user behaviours and economics of trading products (volume-driven revenue, taker/maker fees, leverage, liquidations, market-making dynamics) * Experience with crypto-native growth channels (X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, KOL/affiliate, on-chain campaigns, airdrops, points programs) * Experience with experimentation platforms and a structured testing methodology * Comfort using AI tooling to accelerate creative production, audience research, and analysis WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS * A clear, instrumented funnel for both perpetual futures and prediction markets, with shared definitions of the core growth metrics * Live, measurable paid acquisition running on at least two channels per product with ROAS and CAC tracked transparently * A documented backlog of growth experiments, with a steady cadence of tests shipped and learnings shared * Demonstrable growth in active traders, volume, and revenue attributable to the work PERKS * Remote Setup * HMO on day 1
