maintenance and support of a complex corporate infrastructure. This role provides technical leadership across multiple cloud
platforms, including Azure and AWS, leveraging deep expertise to ensure robust and scalable solutions. Key responsibilities
include troubleshooting, analyzing, resolution and documentation of service impacting events, including but not limited to,
recommendation and implementation of approved solutions to ensure high availability and reliability. The engineer will also
research, evaluate and recommend cloud services and tools to enhance system performance and operational efficiency. Here's what

practices Essential Skills Minimum 5 years’ experience in providing systems support for complex on-premise and Cloud environments

Experience in engineering with enterprise AWS and/or Azure Cloud is strongly preferred Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, data

Here at Acorn we are looking for a passionate Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join us in Hands-on multi-disciplined technical support role within the IT infrastructure support and 3rd line escalation team.
