About the role
We are looking for a versatile Talent Acquisition & HR Advisor to join our growing People team. This is a hybrid role where you
will split your time between driving end-to-end recruitment (~75%) and supporting HR advisory initiatives (~25%). Your primary
objective is to elevate our hiring maturity. You won’t just fill seats; you will champion a structured hiring process, challenge
the status quo, and ensure a stellar candidate experience. Concurrently, you will act as a trusted HR advisor, supporting the
employee lifecycle and building a rock-solid HR foundation. Key responsibilities include:
Talent Acquisition (~75%)
interview flow to ensure smooth candidate experiences and efficient hiring.
