About the Role
You will work where modern software development meets industrial production. In this role, you will help build and improve production-critical applications that connect IT, OT, PLCs, and machinery in a manufacturing environment. The focus is on creating robust, efficient solutions that support day-to-day operations and long-term improvement across production systems.

Job DescriptionYou will design, develop, and maintain software applications in .NET/C# that integrate with PLCs, machinery, and OT systems.
You will build new solutions and improve existing applications to support stable and efficient production.
You will write structured, scalable, and efficient code and contribute to relevant testing and quality improvements.
You will troubleshoot production-critical issues and work systematically to improve performance, reliability, and usability.
You will gather needs from users and support functions and turn them into practical technical solutions.
You will collaborate closely with production, automation, and IT teams to deliver new functionality and strengthen the Production IT environment.
You will contribute to code reviews, shared development standards, and continuous improvements in a team-wide monorepo.
You will help implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient development and deployment.
You will support the integration of machines and equipment with IT and OT systems.
RequirementsExperience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or in a similar role.
Strong skills in C# and .NET.
A solid understanding of modern software development principles.
Hands-on experience with databases such as SQL or MongoDB.
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA, or Ethernet/IP.
Experience with CI/CD methodologies and/or DevOps practices.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken.
Nice to haveExperience from a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience from automated manufacturing, the automotive industry, or other regulated industries.
Experience driving technical projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
