As an experienced Procurement Buyer, your role is to be responsible for executing the day-today procurement activities that
support manufacturing operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective purchase of materials, components, and services. This
role plays a critical part in maintaining production continuity by managing supplier orders, monitoring delivery schedules, and
resolving supply issues.
Working closely with the Sourcing Specialist and cross functional teams, the Buyer ensures that materials and outsourced
assemblies are available to meet production plans, while maintaining quality, cost, and inventory targets in a fast-growing
manufacturing environment.

You will join the team that works with after market activities toward Toyota Material Handling Europe Logistics In this role you will set up plans for performing negotiations and create RFQs with full cost lifecycle in mind, moving in an international context. In this role you will report to Carl Boman Danevad, Manager Purchasing Operations TMHEL Your Responsibility Contribute to the development and optimization of procurement processes, with a strong focus on continuous improvement (Kaizen) Mainly operate across operational activities with some tactical & strategical purchasing initiatives Own and manage the commercial performance for assigned purchasing activities, including cost, quality, and supplier performance Drive cost reduction initiatives and support business objectives through effective sourcing and supplier collaboration Negotiate, establish, and maintain supplier contracts, ensuring all agreements are aligned with company policies and properly documented Build and develop long-term, sustainable supplier relationships that meet both corporate requirements and stakeholder needs Ensure alignment between purchasing activities and internal stakeholders across functions such as order management, parts service support, warehouse and quality Proactively identify risks and opportunities within the supply base and take appropriate actions to secure supply continuity.
