We’re now looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our local Marketing team in Warsaw. In this role, you’ll bring Wolt’s story to life in your market by leading local commercial and content/social media marketing efforts. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and play a key role in driving growth across all our business lines — from restaurants and retail to new verticals. You’ll work at the intersection of creativity and strategy: managing local partnerships, building campaigns that resonate with customers, and driving meaningful community engagement. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution of commercial and content/social media marketing initiatives at the local level. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, your role will include assisting with the coordination of co-marketing activities, supporting the execution of local campaigns, and helping to develop localized content for social media channels. You will play an important role in enhancing customer engagement and helping tailor marketing efforts to reflect local culture and preferences. DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL: * Execute local marketing campaigns across all business areas, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities * Create, localize, and publish marketing content for multiple channels including app banners * Take ownership of setting up campaigns and content using internal tools and platforms, including basic technical configurations where needed * Collaborate with designers and content creators to contribute to the development of campaign assets and visuals * Support reporting needs by gathering data, tracking KPIs, and contributing insights to improve future marketing activities * Assist in managing marketing relationships with local restaurant and retail partners, coordinating co-marketing activities to boost visibility * Help manage local social media channels, including scheduling posts, coordinating with influencers, and monitoring engagement metrics * Coordinate execution of in-store visibility campaigns and local activations in collaboration with merchant-facing teams * Assist in influencer outreach, including communication, coordination, and logistics support under the direction of the Marketing Manager OUR HUMBLE EXPECTATIONS * Experience managing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social, partnerships, events, influencer). * Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, ideally across commercial, operations, and content teams. * Strong analytical mindset — confident in using data to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies. * Hands-on experience managing social media content and community engagement. * Comfortable juggling both strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment. * Previous experience in food delivery, on-demand services, or e-commerce is a plus WHAT WE OFFER At Wolt, you’ll join a team that’s fast-moving, creative, and collaborative — with plenty of room to make your mark.
