Your role As Digitalization and Process Analyst – Sourcing, you will help drive sourcing excellence by improving how we work with processes, tools, data and governance in Industrial Technique Business Area. You will act as an important link between management, sourcing teams and IS/IT, making sure that business needs are translated into practical and future-ready solutions. You will take ownership of key sourcing processes and assigned applications, including governance, development needs and roadmaps. A central part of the role is to create alignment across functions and divisions, set clear standards, and help define what good sourcing processes look like in practice. You will facilitate process reviews, analyze gaps and identify opportunities for improvement. By gathering feedback from sourcing teams, following up on best practices and benchmarking how others work, you will turn insights into concrete actions such as process updates, business cases, training needs and tool improvements. Working closely with IS/IT and external partners, you will support the development of systems, data flows and digital architecture connected to sourcing. You will also contribute to data governance, explore opportunities to use AI, and support newly acquired companies as they are introduced to our sourcing processes and tools.
