Digitalization and Process Analyst – Sourcing Are you curious about how digital tools, data and smarter ways of working can shape the future of sourcing? Your role As Digitalization and Process Analyst – Sourcing, you will help drive sourcing excellence by improving how we work with processes, tools, data and governance in Industrial Technique Business Area. You will act as an important link between management, sourcing teams and IS/IT, making sure that business needs are translated into practical and future-ready solutions. You will take ownership of key sourcing processes and assigned applications, including governance, development needs and roadmaps. A central part of the role is to create alignment across functions and divisions, set clear standards, and help define what good sourcing processes look like in practice. You will facilitate process reviews, analyze gaps and identify opportunities for improvement. By gathering feedback from sourcing teams, following up on best practices and benchmarking how others work, you will turn insights into concrete actions such as process updates, business cases, training needs and tool improvements. Working closely with IS/IT and external partners, you will support the development of systems, data flows and digital architecture connected to sourcing. You will also contribute to data governance, explore opportunities to use AI, and support newly acquired companies as they are introduced to our sourcing processes and tools. To succeed, you will need We believe you have experience from process development, sourcing, supply chain, operations, business development or a similar area where you have worked with improvement, governance or digital ways of working. Do you want to work in the intersection between finance and production? We are looking for an Business Controller to join us at the Tierp Works finance department. Tierp Works is the main production plant for the Motor Vehicle and General Industry divisions of Atlas Copco Industrial Technique. The plant consists of a machining workshop, final tool assembly, and a special production workshop. Among our 500 employees are the diverse skills, expertise, and support functions needed to run such a complex operation. Mission You will work together with and report to the Tierp Works Business Controller but also closely cooperate with the rest of the Product Company finance team and the wider Tierp Works organization. You will actively participate in the continuous development towards a well-structured, resilient, and efficient finance department with low waste processes and a sustainable working environment. In preparing accurate, relevant, and timely business & financial analysis to support general management and assembly management in making effective business decisions. You will over time gain the necessary understanding of Atlas Copco processes to assist in larger systems development projects. You will also identify opportunities for improvement and development within the systems. You will be part of our digitalization journey and will get the opportunity to drive digitalization projes to work even more efficiently. The Business Controller will also actively participate and understand, assembly´s operations and operational supply chain and both our own and our customers’ requirements.
