Då kan du vara den vi söker till enheten Teknisk underrättelse mark.   Om tjänsten  På uppdrag av Försvarsmakten och regeringen bedriver FMV teknisk underrättelsetjänst inom mark, flyg och marin, till stöd för svensk utrikes-, säkerhets- och försvarspolitik och i övrigt för att kartlägga yttre hot mot landet. Arbetet bedrivs inom ramen för regeringens inriktning av försvarsunderrättelseverksamheten.   Som underrättelseanalytiker får du en viktig roll i arbetet med att kartlägga och analysera utländska markstridskrafters tekniska system, med fokus på området vapen, verkan och skydd. Du genomför kvalificerade analyser, studier, prov och försök för att skapa förståelse för tekniska förmågor och utvecklingstrender inom området. Arbetet kombinerar teoretiska analyser med praktiska moment och erbjuder variation i både uppgifter och arbetsformer. Arbetet bedrivs såväl självständigt som i projektform.   I rollen ingår även att planera och genomföra utbildningar och föreläsningar inom ditt specialistområde såväl som angränsande områden. Tjänsten kan komma att bli fysiskt och psykiskt krävande och för att ge dig bästa möjliga förutsättningar kommer du den första tiden att genomgå ett flertal interna och externa utbildningar.   Tjänsten är placerad i Stockholm och arbetet utförs på plats. Resor förekommer regelbundet i tjänsten, både inom och utanför Sverige. Därför behöver du vara beredd på att genomgå de vaccinationer som kan krävas inom ramen för arbetet.   Om dig Vi söker dig som har en högskole- eller civilingenjörsexamen med relevant inriktning, exempelvis maskin, teknisk fysik, farkostteknik eller liknande, alternativt annan utbildning eller motsvarande kompetens som FMV bedömer som likvärdig.     Vidare söker vi dig som har erfarenhet av tekniskt arbete inom området vapen, verkan och skydd. Du har goda teoretiska kunskaper inom mekanik och numerisk analys samt erfarenhet av att arbeta med finita elementmodeller (FEM/FE). Du behärskar numeriska beräkningar, materialmodeller och analyser av snabba dynamiska förlopp, och kunskap om hantering beräkningsmodeller, genomföradet av pre- och postanalyser samt validering av beräkningsresultat mot prov och försök.   Du har också en god förmåga att sammanfatta och kommunicera komplexa modeller och resultat på ett tydligt sätt, både muntligt och skriftligt, på såväl svenska som engelska, liksom B-körkort.   Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med FEM inom försvarsteknik, särskilt kopplat till vapen- och skyddssystem. Erfarenhet av CAD-verktyg, prov- och försöksverksamhet samt arbete i militär miljö är också värdefull. Vi ser även positivt på erfarenhet från internationella samarbeten och arbete i olika kulturella sammanhang, gärna med ett etablerat kontaktnät. Kunskap om materiel som används inom försvarssektorn är meriterande, liksom språkkunskaper i ryska.   Personliga egenskaper är av stor vikt för oss. Strong judgement in systems design, trade-off analysis, platform selection, secure development, scalability, integration, maintainability, and long-term technical ownership. A genuine curiosity about where AI technology is heading, including areas such as agentic systems, MCP-based integrations, LLMOps, retrieval-augmented generation, AI governance, observability, and secure deployment patterns. The ability to apply hard-earned software and architecture experience to today's evolving AI landscape, combining proven engineering discipline with a modern understanding of how AI-enabled systems should and could be built, secured, and operated. Experience acting as technical lead, architect, or senior advisor in customer-facing or internal development initiatives.
