ABOUT US Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. THE ROLE We are hiring a Senior PMM, Pricing & Packaging to own how Legora prices and packages the Legora aOS platform — translating the depth of a vertical legal operating system into commercial structures that make sense to the buyers who evaluate it. Pricing is where positioning meets revenue. Legora isn't a seat-based horizontal tool being priced like one — it's an operating system with agents, workflows, and practice-specific capability that different buyers value differently. A GC evaluating in-house legal AI and a managing partner evaluating a firm-wide deployment aren't paying for the same thing, even when they're looking at the same platform. This role exists to make sure our pricing and packaging reflect that: capturing the value we create, staying legible to buyers and sales alike, and evolving as fast as the product does. The ideal candidate has spent the better part of a decade in pricing, packaging, or monetization-focused product marketing at high-growth enterprise SaaS or AI companies. They think in frameworks and are equally comfortable building a willingness-to-pay model and writing the one-pager that explains a new package to the field. They know how to partner with GTM, Finance, and Product without letting any one function pull pricing in a direction the market won't bear. What You’ll Do * Pricing strategy: Own Legora's pricing architecture across segments — in-house legal teams and law firms — ensuring price reflects value delivered. * Packaging architecture: Design and evolve how all Legora capabilities are bundled into packages that are easy for buyers to understand and easy for GTM to sell. * New product monetization: Define pricing and packaging for product lines as they launch, in lockstep with the teams building them. * Market & competitive intelligence: Collaborate with the competitive strategist on ongoing win-loss and competitive pricing analysis to keep our model sharp against how the market is evolving, particularly as AI-native pricing models mature. * Sales enablement: Build the guidance, talk tracks, battlecards, and deal-desk tools that help sales price and structure deals with confidence, including for non-standard or strategic deals. * Cross-functional alignment: Partner with Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Product leadership to land pricing changes without disrupting the pipeline or the field. * Buyer research: Run willingness-to-pay and value-perception research across in-house and law firm buyers to keep pricing grounded in how they actually make decisions. What You Bring * 6–8+ years in product marketing, pricing, or monetization roles, with substantial time owning pricing or packaging strategy at scale * Deep experience pricing AI, SaaS, or workflow products for enterprise or professional services buyers — legal a strong plus * Comfortable moving between quantitative rigor (pricing models, elasticity, willingness-to-pay) and clear, persuasive writing that sales and buyers can actually use * A track record of shipping pricing or packaging changes that held up commercially and organizationally, not just on a whiteboard * Demonstrated ability to partner with Finance and Sales leadership without losing sight of the buyer * Exceptional writing. You should be able to point to something you've written and defend every word * Operates with conviction in ambiguous environments and doesn't need a large support structure to produce great work * Based in or willing to relocate to Stockholm, London, or New York City What’s In It For You * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily. * In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders and company provided lunch daily. * Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package: Medical, Dental & Vision * Multiple medical plan options through Aetna and Kaiser Permanente * HSA or Healthcare FSA (based on plan selection) * Dental plans via MetLife * Vision plans via Vision Care Family Support * Generous parental leave * Free access to Maven Clinic * Dependent Care FSA * Free One Medical membership for employees and dependents Additional Perks * Pre-tax commuter benefits * Life Insurance + STD/LTD * 401(K) with generous company match * Unlimited PTO * Robust voluntary benefits, including identity protection (via Aura), legal coverage via MetLife, pet savings programs, and more Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. SUMMARY To provide global functional leadership for the Solutions Architecture organization, driving corporate-wide alignment across product, engineering, sales, and delivery. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Product Roadmap Influence: Synthesize global field feedback on customer requirements, structural competitive gaps, and market needs to directly influence Snowflake’s global product features, engineering focus, and platform releases. * Global Delivery Governance: Define, institutionalize, and enforce global Consulting handoff protocols, architectural guardrails, and risk-mitigation frameworks to ensure seamless, high-margin sales-to-delivery transitions worldwide. * Services Portfolio Pricing & Packaging: Oversee and optimize global services portfolio pricing models, monetization strategies, packaging frameworks, and standardized services catalogs to maximize global deal value and market competitiveness. * Executive Customer Engagement: Lead high-level architecture workshops, value realization studies, and executive alignment cadences for global strategic and Fortune 100 accounts. * Functional Policy Formulation: Establish corporate-wide operational policies, global team performance metrics, and governance structures that span across all operating theaters. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE * Global Leadership Track Record: Proven success leading large, multi-layered, or global technical pre-sales and solutions architecture organizations within an enterprise SaaS, cloud platform, or tier-one technology environment. * Policy & Strategy Formulation Mastery: Exceptional experience working with highly abstract business, financial, and operational concepts to successfully establish corporate-wide policies and standard operating procedures. * Executive Cross-Functional Influence: Documented track record of effectively influencing cross-functional executive stakeholders across Product Management, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Global Sales lines. * Commercial Architecture Design: Documented experience designing global technology services catalogs, monetization models, commercial packaging structures, or large-scale value-realization frameworks. * Enterprise Software & Systems Fluency: High operational dependency and literacy across corporate software tools (Enterprise CRM/Salesforce, Global PSA/Certinia, Project Portfolios, and Business Intelligence layers). ABOUT THE TEAM Strategic Finance is the commercial and analytical engine behind Snowflake's product and revenue decisions. The team operates at the intersection of product strategy, pricing, and investment prioritization. Business Operations is the connective tissue across the cross-functional work Strategic Finance drives: commercial launches, strategic pursuit deals, and the scaled go-to-market motions that take new business models from incubation to mainstream. We orchestrate the alignment, sequencing, and communication that no single team owns end-to-end, and we operate AI-native by default. ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring a Business Operations Lead to be the AI-native operator and quarterback for Snowflake's most important commercial launches and strategic pursuit deals. You will run the operating cadence that takes a launch from intake through go-live and supports qualifying deals from intake through close, ensuring every cross-functional team has the awareness, context, and lead time they need to execute against their own playbook. You will not define readiness for any one team; each team owns their domain. You will be the connective tissue that holds the launch and deals coalitions together. AI is not a tool you reach for occasionally. It is your default operating mode. You ship agents, build automated workflows, and use AI to extract leverage on every recurring process you touch. You will partner closely with leaders across Product, Engineering, Pricing, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Billing, Reporting, and Enablement. You will support the Strategic Pursuits team on qualifying deals, coordinating deal readiness, bid management, and cross-functional sequencing, and help build the operating motion for scaling new business models from Strategic Pursuits through graduation to standard go-to-market. You will take communication and coordination load off the Strategic Finance leads so they stay focused on substance. You will translate cross-functional complexity into clear executive narratives and decision-ready status. Your output is measured in shipped tools, time saved for the team, and launches and deals that close clean. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL * Operate AI-Native by Default. Ship agents, automated workflows, and AI-assisted tools as the primary execution mode for the work, not as an enhancement layer over manual processes. Within the first 90 days, deliver at least two production AI-assisted workflows that demonstrably reduce coordination time for the Strategic Finance team. * Quarterback Launch Readiness. Serve as the central coordinator for every qualifying commercial launch. Track each cross-functional team's progress against their own playbook, surface gaps, and ensure dependencies are visible to the right owners with enough lead time to resolve. Use AI-driven tracking and signaling to scale your visibility across the launch portfolio. * Run Cross-Functional Coordination. Coordinate execution across Pricing, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Systems, Billing, Reporting, Enablement, Product, Engineering, and go-to-market stakeholders. Run the standing launch forums, drive decisions to closure, and keep every team aligned on timing, scope, and dependencies. * Scale Strategic Deal Alerts and the AI-Native OS. Scale and improve Strategic Deal Alerts, building on the recently launched motion that surfaces competitive and emerging deals to the right Product and GTM owners along with the context, win-rate intelligence, and actions they need to engage at the right time. Build the AI-assisted workflows, signals, and tooling that scale cross-functional coordination across the team. Make AI-native operations the default mode for how Strategic Finance works across functions. * Operate the Coordination Playbook. Maintain and improve the program management operating system: intake form, RACI, status reporting cadence, escalation paths, and communication templates that make launches repeatable. Each cross-functional team owns their domain checklist; this role owns the connective tissue between them. * Cover Strategic Launch Categories. Coordinate launches across pricing and monetization, new market entry, strategic partnerships, new business models and commercial model shifts, M&A commercialization, and non-standard commercial motions. Distinct from standard product launches that the existing go-to-market motion handles. * Support Strategic Pursuits. Provide program management support to the Strategic Pursuits team on qualifying deals: deal readiness, bid management, and cross-functional sequencing across Pricing, Legal, Revenue Accounting, and go-to-market partners. Help build out the operating motion that scales new business models from Strategic Pursuits incubation through graduation to standard go-to-market. * Run the Launch Portfolio. Maintain the active launch portfolio. Run a monthly portfolio review and a quarterly retrospective that surfaces patterns, calibrates coordination practices, and feeds lessons back into the playbook. Default to AI-driven portfolio analytics over manual status decks. * Take Load Off the Finance Leads. Carry the communication, status reporting, and meeting overhead that would otherwise fall on the Strategic Finance leads. Translate substance from the leads into the artifacts cross-functional partners and executives need. Use AI to draft, summarize, and distribute so the leads see leverage from day one. * Surface Risk Early. Surface execution risks that could lead to post-launch billing errors, revenue recognition issues, or commercial side-letter discoveries. Escalate to the right cross-functional owner with enough lead time to resolve. Quality outcomes are a shared metric across the launch coalition. * Partner With Steering Committees. Provide the materials, status, and recommendations for Snowflake's GTM Systems and GTM Prioritization steering committees. Translate launch operations status into executive decisions. * Communicate Up and Out. Produce launch and deal status reports, executive updates, and steering committee materials that connect launch operations to commercial outcomes, key risks, and decisions in flight. Survive senior leadership review on first submission. WHAT YOU WILL NEED REQUIRED * Demonstrated AI-native operating fluency. You have shipped production AI-assisted workflows or agents at a prior role: prompts, evaluations, integrations, deployment to real users. We are not hiring a coordinator who uses AI occasionally; we are hiring an operator whose default execution mode is AI. * 6+ years of experience in business operations, commercial operations, program management, product operations, revenue operations, deal desk, chief of staff, or equivalent cross-functional roles at a scaling technology company. * Demonstrated track record running cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholder groups (e.g., Pricing, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Sales Operations, Product, Engineering, and go-to-market). Comfort driving decisions to closure without owning every domain yourself, and the credibility to hold peer leaders accountable to deadlines. * Strong program management instincts. Track record of building or operating intake, status, escalation, and communication systems that scale across teams. * Working understanding of cloud and software-as-a-service commercial models: pricing and packaging, billing and metering, revenue recognition, commercial contracting, deal cycles, and post-launch operations. You do not need to own these domains; you do need to understand them well enough to coordinate the people who do. * Strong communicator with executive presence. Capable of translating cross-functional complexity into clean executive narratives, running productive multi-stakeholder meetings, and driving alignment in writing. * Comfort with ambiguity. Willingness to operate without a fully defined playbook on launches and deals that are precedent-setting and not covered by existing process. * High-trust, low-ego working style. You earn the right to coordinate by serving the cross-functional teams you partner with, not by claiming authority you do not have. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Systems Research or Operations, Math or Statistics, or related discipline. MBA, PMP, or equivalent program management credential preferred. PREFERRED * Hands-on experience building agentic operating tools (alerts, dashboards, signals, workflow automation) for cross-functional coordination at a high-growth cloud, data, AI, or SaaS company. * Experience supporting strategic deal cycles: deal readiness, bid management, cross-functional sequencing on enterprise commercial agreements. * Experience commercializing M&A acquisitions or new business models in a multi-product portfolio. * Familiarity with consumption-based and usage-based pricing in cloud, data, or AI platforms. * Familiarity with revenue accounting (ASC 606), SOX controls, and audit-ready process design. * SQL fluency and comfort working directly with commercial data in a cloud data platform. ABOUT THE TEAM Strategic Finance is the commercial and analytical engine behind Snowflake's product and revenue decisions. The team operates at the intersection of product strategy, pricing, and investment prioritization. Product Finance, the function this role sits within, partners with each product organization on planning, performance, and pricing. We work closely with Product and Engineering leadership, and we partner across Sales, Business Development, and the Executive Leadership Team. Every consequential AI and Analytics investment, monetization, and pricing decision at Snowflake runs through analysis this team produces. ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring a senior strategic finance thought partner to help shape Snowflake's AI and Analytics workloads, the company's fastest-growing and most strategically complex product surface. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales leadership to set strategy, evaluate growth bets, lead pricing and packaging decisions, and build the financial rigor that lets these workloads scale. You will translate product usage, customer behavior, unit economics, and market signals into decisions on what we build, how we launch, how we monetize, and where we invest. You will help define the growth model for a frontier AI product portfolio while working at the intersection of strategy, finance, and technology. This is a people manager role. Land emerging AI commercial structures as they graduate from incubation to scaled go-to-market. * Translate Data Into Decisions. Translate product usage, customer behavior, cohort and funnel dynamics, and financial data into clear recommendations that influence long-term strategy and day-to-day product calls. * Investment Business Cases. Build decision-ready business cases for major AI and Analytics product and go-to-market investments. Return on investment, investment sizing, risk framing, comparative tradeoffs. * Build Planning and Performance Systems. Build the forecast methodology, key performance indicator architecture, decision frameworks, executive narratives, and repeatable reporting that help the team move faster as the workloads scale. * People Leadership. Manage and develop a small team of analysts. Set the bar for analytical rigor, executive communication, and product judgment. Cultivate a team that operates as a credible thought partner to Product and Engineering. * Market Intelligence. Stay current on AI, software-as-a-service, product-led growth, consumption-based pricing, and competitive dynamics. Inform where Snowflake should invest in AI workloads and how the business model should evolve as AI changes the playbooks. * Executive Narratives. Prepare and deliver high-quality executive and Board materials that connect business performance, product strategy, key risks, and strategic recommendations. WHAT YOU WILL NEED REQUIRED * 8+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, strategic finance, product finance, growth finance, or buy-side investing, coupled with operating experience at a fast-paced, scaling technology company. * Experience supporting product teams on growth, pricing, packaging, monetization, or product strategy decisions, ideally in product-led growth, growth-stage software-as-a-service, consumption-based, or usage-based business models. * Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, including building product profit and loss views, operating models, cohort and funnel analyses, pricing models, and unit economics that connect strategy to growth decisions. * Strong business judgment and product instincts. Ability to evaluate opportunities, tradeoffs, and risks in a fast-moving product environment. * Working understanding of AI and machine learning infrastructure and economics: model lifecycle, inference vs. training cost structures, AI commercial models. Curiosity about how AI products change the pricing and packaging playbooks. * The ability to translate complex product, usage, customer, and financial data into clear recommendations for Product teams and senior leadership. * High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, paired with comfort making decisions when data is imperfect and the business is evolving. * People management experience. Demonstrated track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong analytical talent. * SQL fluency. Comfort working directly with product analytics datasets in a cloud data platform. * Effective communication. Capable of producing executive-quality narratives that survive Executive Leadership Team and Board review on first submission. * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. MBA preferred. PREFERRED * Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning product economics at a high-growth company (foundation model provider, AI infrastructure, AI applications, or a major cloud's AI portfolio). * Familiarity with consumption-based and usage-based pricing in cloud, data, or AI platforms. * Experience building business cases and growth models for new product categories where commercial mechanics are not yet standardized. * Experience with competitive AI pricing analysis and willingness-to-pay research. * Python proficiency for data analysis. For the right candidate, this is a rare chance to build something new within an established, trusted brand — with the mandate, the audience, and the cross-functional support to make it happen Cruise Critic is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Manager of Partnerships & Business Development to lead the identification, pursuit, and activation of high-value commercial relationships outside of the core cruise endemic category. This is a hunter role — built for someone who thrives on opening doors, building pipelines from scratch, and closing partnerships that create real, measurable value. You will be the primary driver of new revenue from ancillary travel categories and emerging verticals, bringing net-new partners into the Cruise Critic ecosystem and helping establish the commercial models to grow them over time. You will sit within the Growth Partnerships Pod, working in close collaboration with the Pod's activation, product, and strategy leads to move opportunities from first conversation to live partnership. This is not an account management or renewal role — it is about finding and winning new business. Location: US- Florida or Remote What You'll Do New Business Development & Pipeline Building * Proactively identify, target, and pursue partnership opportunities across ancillary travel verticals — including travel insurance, shore excursions, hotels, airport transfers, parking, luggage logistics, eSIM/connectivity, and port experiences. * Build and manage a robust, structured pipeline of prospective partners across non-endemic and emerging commercial categories relevant to the cruiser journey. * Lead all stages of the business development cycle: outreach, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure. * Develop and own a prospecting framework and prioritization approach to maintain focus on highest-value opportunities. * Represent Cruise Critic at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and raise brand profile in new verticals. Commercial Strategy & Opportunity Evaluation * Assess commercial viability and strategic fit of new partnership opportunities, including revenue potential, user value, and operational complexity. * Develop pricing models, revenue-share structures, and commercial terms that are competitive, sustainable, and scalable. * Work with internal stakeholders to build compelling, data-informed business cases for new opportunities. * Maintain a clear view of the competitive landscape and emerging monetization models across travel and adjacent industries. * Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting to senior leadership on a regular cadence. Partner Relationships & Stakeholder Management * Serve as the senior external face for Cruise Critic in new partner conversations, building trusted relationships with key decision-makers. * Collaborate with the Growth Partnerships Pod to ensure smooth handoff from deal close to partner activation. * Act as a key liaison between new partners and internal teams — ensuring early-stage partner needs are understood and translated into actionable briefs. * Support expansion opportunities where new partners evolve into deeper, multi-faceted commercial relationships. Cross Functional Collaboration * Work closely with Product, Editorial, Marketing, CRM, and AdOps to shape partnership structures that can be realistically activated onsite. * Partner with the Pod's product and activation leads to define clear, lightweight launch paths for new commercial opportunities. * Provide commercial intelligence and market insight to inform broader business strategy and portfolio prioritisation decisions. * Contribute to the development of scalable processes, pitch materials, and commercial frameworks that support the wider Growth Partnerships Pod. Skills & Experience * 5-10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles — ideally within travel, media, e-commerce, or a marketplace business. * Demonstrable track record of hunting and closing net-new commercial partnerships, not just managing existing accounts. * Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making in day-to-day work. * Proven ability to operate effectively with a global-first mindset * Experience building partnerships across ancillary travel categories, affiliate or rev-share models, or consumer marketplaces is strongly preferred. * Familiarity with digital media commercial models including sponsorship, content partnerships, and performance-based structures. * Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM for pipeline management and forecasting. Key Skills * Proven hunter mentality — proactive, relentless in lead generation, and motivated by opening new doors. * Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and evaluate pricing and revenue-share models. * Exceptional ability to build rapport quickly and influence senior decision-makers externally. * Strategic thinking balanced with a bias for action and execution. * Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills — written and verbal. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, size opportunities, and build business cases. * Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. * Highly collaborative — able to work cross-functionally and bring internal teams along on the journey. Performance Indicators Metric Focus New partner pipeline volume & value Quarterly targets agreed with leadership Number of new deals closed Net-new, non-endemic partnerships Revenue generated from new verticals Against annual commercial targets Pipeline-to-close conversion rate Quality and efficiency of deal flow Time from deal close to partner activation Handoff effectiveness with Pod Market coverage New verticals entered or actively pursued What We Offer: * Competitive compensation packages (routinely benchmarked against the latest industry data), including base salary and annual bonuses * “Work your way” with flexibility to suit your lifestyle. Every large organization has the same problem: too many projects, not enough visibility into who's actually available to do the work. Operations teams, PMOs, and professional services firms are making staffing decisions in spreadsheets, guessing at utilization, and finding out they're over-capacity after it's too late. Resource Management (RM) is Asana's answer to that problem — and we're at an inflection point in how we think about it. RM has strong foundations and proven enterprise demand, but it was built for a pre-agentic world. The next version of this product looks fundamentally different: AI Teammates that monitor utilization in real time, flag staffing risk before it hits delivery, recommend rebalancing across teams and projects, and automate the operational overhead that makes resource planning so painful today. We believe this capability is worth investing in seriously — not just as a feature within Asana's broader platform, but potentially as a standalone commercial offering for enterprise buyers whose primary need is resource visibility, not work management. As a Senior Product Manager leading this reinvention, you'll own the full RM product strategy — global capacity planning, skills-based staffing, time tracking, utilization reporting, and the agentic workflows that make all of it proactive rather than reactive. The strategic questions are genuinely open: what does RM look like as a reimagined agentic product, who is the right buyer, and how do we price and position it as a commercial offering in its own right? This role shapes those answers. This role is based in our New York office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements. WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE * Drive the product strategy and execution for the next generation of Asana's Resource Management offering, establishing a clear roadmap to transition from a reactive tracking tool into a proactive, agentic platform. * Define and validate the market opportunity for RM as a potential standalone enterprise commercial offering, answering critical open strategic questions around positioning, monetization, and buyer personas. * Design and deploy AI-driven capabilities (such as AI Teammates) that automatically monitor real-time utilization, predict staffing risks, and generate proactive rebalancing recommendations across complex enterprise teams. * Own the Enterprise Client Management tier, partnering cross-functionally to deliver high-scale capabilities tailored specifically to large consulting and professional services firms. * Collaborate closely with the SMB Client Management lead to ensure product features scale coherently and seamlessly across multiple market segments without diluting user value. * Partner deeply with cross-functional stakeholders across Product Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Product Marketing to build, test, and ship highly impactful, scalable solutions. ABOUT YOU * Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making. * Proven track record in Senior Product Management (ideally 5+ years of PM experience) scaling sophisticated B2B SaaS platform capabilities or enterprise work management tools. * Deep structural understanding of enterprise operations, resource planning, utilization reporting, or skills-based staffing workflows. * Strong strategic thinker who excels in navigating open-ended market questions, commercial pricing strategy, and moving zero-to-one or heavily reimagined products forward. * Exceptional collaborator capable of aligning cross-functional partners (Engineering, Design, GTM, and segment leads) around a unified vision. * Outcome-driven and highly technical mindset, comfortable working closely with engineering architecture to design proactive agentic systems and AI automation. WHAT WE’LL OFFER Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $265,000 - $273,500. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits. If you're interviewing for this role, speak with your recruiter to learn more about the total compensation and benefits for this role. We strive to provide equitable and competitive benefits packages that support our employees worldwide and include: * Mental health, wellness & fitness benefits * Career coaching & support * Inclusive family building benefits * Long-term savings or retirement plans * In-office culinary options to cater to your dietary preferences These are just some of the benefits we offer, and benefits may vary based on role, country, and local regulations. If you're interviewing for this role, speak with your recruiter to learn more about the total compensation and benefits for this role. #LI-Hybrid About us Asana is a leading platform for human + AI collaboration. About Us At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company. At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a "normalized" problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in. Short term deliverables like supporting product launches, medium term ones like migrating billing progresses and longer term ones like a full ERP implementation all need to be serviced. The urgent cannot starve the important. * Span domains. You need to simultaneously let other teams rely on the roadmaps you publish while being responsive to the interrupt-driven nature of the business. When shifts do occur, you need to proactively communicate with other teams to maintain trust. * Commit to quality. Our #1 priority is to have an accurate picture of revenue and service of our customers but we also have numerous other concerns like speed of innovation and advancing the roadmap. * Communicate and collaborate. Essential to the success of this program is the ability to listen, learn, synthesize and communicate outwards as well as influence through persuasion. * Represent Cloudflare. Many of our largest customers want to speak to us about their concerns and our plans in the billing domain. You will spend time learning from them. * Provide and demand accountability. You are responsible for the delivery of your commitments and you will hold your peers and subordinates accountable for theirs. Some of the domains you will touch include: Billing, Invoicing, Sales & Opportunity management, Credit & Collections, Pricing & Quoting, Contract & Entitlement Management, Partners & Resellers, Taxation, Bad debt, BI Reporting, ERP Implementation. We’d love to meet folks with a history of delivering with the cadence and timescales of those born on the Internet. * Engineering fluency - while it’s not required, we tend to find success with candidates who have a technical background, formal or otherwise. You don’t need a CS degree but building credibility with our engineering teams is critical and so some history of technical acumen would be super helpful * Finance fluency - You’re dealing with data that represents money and that implies a certain level of care. You’ll also be working with a lot of finance types. Fluency in this world might be helpful * At Cloudflare it’s pretty helpful to understand how the Internet really works at layers 2 through 7. If you don’t have this, be prepared to speak with mastery about another realm of similar complexity. What Makes Cloudflare Special? We’re not just a highly ambitious, large-scale technology company.
