Det här är ett yrke för dig som gillar att ha koll på läget och där ingen dag är den andra lik. Du arbetar på plats på trafikcentralen tillsammans med erfarna kollegor med det gemensamma målet att både gods och passagerare ska komma fram säkert och i tid. För att vi ska lyckas med det är samarbete, gemenskap och laganda oerhört viktigt. Arbetet utförs via dator och telefon och dina beslut påverkar tusentals resenärer varje dag. Att jobba som tågtrafikledare innebär bland annat att du: Styr och övervakar järnvägstrafiken i realtid, dygnet runt under årets alla dagar. Hanterar störningar och förseningar, prioriterar och fattar beslut som påverkar järnvägstrafiken. Följer regelverk och säkerhetsrutiner för en säker järnvägstrafik. Samarbetar med bl.a. kollegor på trafikcentralen, kunder, lokförare och blåljuspersonal. Arbetar skift enligt ett rullande schema. Kvalifikationer Vad krävs för att bli tågtrafikledare? Den här rollen passar dig som har en god analytisk förmåga och tar dig an problem på ett strukturerat och lösningsorienterat sätt. Som person är du stabil och växlar enkelt tempo när saker och ting händer. Du behåller lugnet och fattar självständigt välgrundade beslut även i pressade situationer. Du har en hög säkerhetsmedvetenhet, är noggrann, tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter och ditt lärande. Du är en lagspelare som kommunicerar tydligt och värdesätter samarbete. Din förmåga att omsätta teori till praktik är avgörande för att kunna genomföra grundutbildningen på ett bra sätt. För att bli tågtrafikledare krävs att du: Har studerat på gymnasiet alternativt har motsvarande kunskaper från andra studier (ex. folkhögskola, Komvux, YH-utbildning). Har god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift på svenska. Kan och vill arbeta skift (dag, kväll, natt, helg och röda dagar). Det är en fördel men inget krav om du har: Erfarenhet av arbete med snabba tempoväxlingar. Erfarenhet av att arbeta i en roll där det har varit viktigt att följa rutiner och regelverk. Erfarenhet av arbete där säkerheten stått i fokus. Erfarenhet av att i arbetet kommunicera muntligt via telefon och digitalt via dator. Övrig information Skiftarbete Alla tågtrafikledare arbetar omväxlande både dag, kväll, natt, helg och röda dagar enligt ett rullande schema. Det är viktigt att du funderar på dina möjligheter att arbeta skift innan du skickar in din ansökan. Grundutbildning och aspirantanställning Du anställs som aspirant med aspirantlön (ca 25 000 - 28 000 kr per månad) och genomgår en cirka ettårig betald utbildning som startar i vecka 2 januari 2027. Utbildningen består av 5-7 veckors teoretiska kurser på plats på Trafikverksskolan i Ängelholm samt praktik på din trafikcentral. Efter godkänd examination erbjuds du tillsvidareanställning med individuell lönesättning. Job Scope Why does the role exist? High level purpose of function. The Senior Process Engineer plays a key role in defining, stabilising, and optimising manufacturing processes within a battery cell production environment. This role is responsible for ensuring robust, repeatable, and high-performing processes across the full production lifecycle, from industrialisation through ramp-up to full-scale manufacturing. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), the Senior Process Engineer is responsible for the methodology, process flow, and parameter definition (recipe) of their assigned area. They define and control how the process performs, ensuring it consistently meets product quality, capability, and cost targets. This role combines hands-on shop floor engineering, deep technical expertise, and structured problem-solving to drive process capability, reduce variation, and sustain high-performing operations. The Senior Process Engineer works cross-functionally with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Operations to deliver stable and scalable production processes. Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. As an Electrical engineer for Facilities, Utilities & Equipment you will own and develop the electrical infrastructure that powers Labs’ facilities, utilities and production equipment.
