Company Introduction Coupang is reimagining the shopping experience with the goal of wowing each customer from the instant they open the Coupang app to the moment an order is delivered to their door. Our services in Taiwan include “Rocket Delivery” which offers next-day delivery for a wide selection of items at affordable prices, “Rocket Oversea” which offers free international delivery on millions of best-selling products from Korea, the U.S., and beyond. We are looking for talents to help us lead Coupang’s expansion in Taiwan. This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Coupang’s growth in Taiwan and create a world where our customers wonder, “How did I ever live without Coupang?” Role Overview We are hiring Program Managers for our Instock Management team to optimize product quality and customer experience. In this role, you will establish a verification process for T0 (Direct) and T1 (Authorized) vendors and build a Vendor Scorecard to monitor operational defects (Andon cords). You will partner closely with FC, BM, and CS teams to manage SLAs, reduce the aging of defects, and enforce a rigorous block/unblock mechanism for underperforming vendors. This is an excellent opportunity for data-driven operators who excel at cross-functional execution and continuous inbound supply chain improvement. What You Will Do We are seeking for dynamic, data-driven, and highly strategic Program Managers to join our Instock Managementteam. In this role, you will sit at the critical intersection of inbound supply chain health, product quality, and customer experience. You will own the operational framework for managing and auditing our supply base, specifically classifying them into $T0$ (Direct Vendors) and $T1$ (Non-Direct but Authorized Vendors). A core focus of this role will be designing and scaling a comprehensive Vendor Scorecard to track operational and quality defects (Andon cords). Enforcement Mechanisms (Block / Unblock Process) * Establish a rigorous, fair, and automated governance policy to Block vendors who breach acceptable Andon thresholds, protecting the customer experience from low-quality products. * Design a clear, structured Unblock mechanism, outlining the exact standard operating procedures (SOPs) a vendor must complete—such as Root-Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)—to regain listing privileges. 4. Inbound Supply Chain & Cross-Functional Resolution * Partner closely with Fulfillment Centers (FC Inbound/Quality teams), Business Management (BM), and Customer Service (CS) to investigate and resolve triggered Andons rapidly. * Manage and optimize the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Andon resolution, implementing processes to eliminate the aging of open issues and unblock sellable inventory. 5. Continuous Improvement & Prevention * Act as an operational consultant to $T0$ and $T1$ vendors, helping them improve their supply chain and QA processes. * Shift the business from reactive firefighting to proactive prevention, building long-term mechanisms that reduce overall Andon generation at the source. Basic Qualifications * Experience: at least 3–5+ years in Program Management, Instock Management, Supply Chain, Vendor Compliance, or Operations. * Cross-Functional Leadership: Exceptional ability to influence internal stakeholder teams (Fulfillment Center, Buying, Customer Service) and external vendor partners without direct authority. * Analytical Problem-Solving: High data literacy (SQL/Excel/BI tools experience is a plus); ability to turn defect data into actionable scorecard metrics and execute root-cause analysis (5 Whys, Lean/Six Sigma) * Mandarin and English language proficiency required Recruitment Process and Others Recruitment Process * Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview – Offer * The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances. * Interview schedules and the results will be informed to the applicant via the e-mail address submitted at the application stage. Every day, tens of millions of people come to Roblox to explore, create, play, learn, and connect with friends in 3D immersive digital experiences– all created by our global community of developers and creators. At Roblox, we’re building the tools and platform that empower our community to bring any experience that they can imagine to life. Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, from anywhere in the world, and on any device. We’re on a mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, and looking for amazing talent to help us get there. A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone. As a Principal Software Engineer leading Fleet Management, you will be the overall technical lead across three pods and the person who sets the technical direction for the fleet management layer of Roblox. This is a hands-on, deeply technical leadership role that owns all of Roblox's compute capacity end to end: from low-level provisioning and the data plane, up through the control planes that operate it, and all the way to the UI and internal-facing products that let teams self-serve capacity. Your org centralizes security, maintenance operations, and the uptime of every Roblox Kubernetes cluster, and governs the internal customer contracts that drive automation across the fleet spanning Roblox data centers and cloud providers. You will guide architecture, raise the engineering bar, and make sure compute capacity supply and demand stay in balance as the fleet grows. YOU WILL: * Serve as the overall technical lead for three Fleet Management pods, setting and aligning the technical direction across low-level provisioning, the data plane, and the control plane and product surfaces above them. * Architect the declarative, Kubernetes-style control planes that operate Roblox's compute fleet across on-prem and cloud, and define how capacity is provisioned, reconciled, and exposed at scale. * Own the design of the internal customer contracts and APIs that govern automation across the fleet, so that every infrastructure team can operate capacity safely and predictably. * Drive the strategy for self-serve capacity, including the internal-facing products and UIs that let teams request, manage, and reason about the compute they depend on. * Centralize and raise the bar on security, maintenance operations, and the uptime of all Roblox Kubernetes clusters, defining how fleet-wide changes ship reliably without impacting production. * Partner broadly with stakeholders inside and outside infrastructure to understand compute needs and drive innovation for our backend services, AI, and edge computing. * Write code daily, staying deep in the systems your org owns and leading by example on the hardest design and implementation problems. YOU HAVE: * 10+ years of experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems and infrastructure. * A track record as the technical anchor an organization relies on, with the leadership to set direction across multiple teams and up-level the engineers around you. * Strong proficiency in Go, with deep experience designing and operating production services at fleet scale. * Hands-on experience building declarative, Kubernetes-style control planes and the reconciliation patterns behind them. * Strong proficiency with gRPC for service-to-service APIs and with SQL and Postgres for durable, high-scale state. * Experience operating compute capacity across both on-prem data centers and cloud providers, and a feel for the realities of running fleets at the scale of hundreds of thousands of instances. * A history of being highly cross-functional, partnering with stakeholders across and beyond infrastructure to design systems that keep compute supply and demand in balance. A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone. As a member of the Roblox Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team, you will play a key role in supporting the Security team’s mission. The GRC team is at the heart of Roblox's security organization — empowering every builder to make risk-informed decisions by establishing a portfolio of governing policies and standards, a repeatable and scalable method of assessing and quantifying risk, and a formal oversight process for GRC capabilities across Roblox. Our program takes a balanced, "right-sized" approach to security governance — combining qualitative and quantitative risk management methodologies, including Factor Analysis of Information Risk (FAIR), to assess and prioritize the security risks that matter most to Roblox. GRC partners closely with Engineering, Legal, Finance, and leadership — including providing regular reporting to the Board of Directors and the Audit & Compliance Committee — to ensure that security risk is visible, well-understood, and actioned appropriately. The team is in an exciting phase of growth and innovation. We are using engineering to drive automation across risk management, policy lifecycle management, supply chain risk, AI risk, and controls programs. You will have the opportunity to shape how GRC operates at scale and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture that supports Roblox and the broader security organization. This position is part of the Information Security team. This role will report to the GRC Manager. You will: * Be a key contributor to the Governance, Risk, and Compliance team within the larger Information Security Organization. * Partner with your GRC, Infosec and Engineering colleagues and support the design and implementation of a “risk first” governance function that is “right-sized” for Roblox. * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness, designing tools and automations along the way to drive security and compliance by design. * Write, revise, and manage our information security policies, standards, and procedures. * Identify and assess information security risks. You will work with Information Security and Engineering colleagues to implement appropriate controls to mitigate identified risks. You will validate control design and effectiveness. You will support ongoing risk monitoring and reporting. * Be a subject matter expert in the GRC space, providing education and guidance to others across the Roblox organization. * Be a part of the Roblox community, living our values and securing the metaverse. You have: * 4+ years of relevant professional experience in Security Governance, Risk and Compliance. * Experience interfacing with software engineers to identify risks, map commitments to controls and develop relevant policies. * Experience assessing adherence to policies and developing mitigation and remediation plans when gaps exist. * Deep understanding of risk assessment, compliance frameworks, creation of policy, and how to educate organizations on these concepts. * Understanding of security concepts and a broad range of security risks and controls. * Experience in tech; however the need to actively code is not required for the role, just the ability to interface with Engineers and quickly establish credibility.
