Job Description As our new Agency & Partner Lead, you will play a key role in shaping how H&M works with its global media agencies and strategic media partners. In this role, you will build strong, high-impact partnerships, drive effective agency performance, and create scalable ways of working that enable our media ecosystem to deliver greater business value. WHAT YOU’LL DO Drive effective agency governance and strategic partner relationships across H&M’s media ecosystem and lead media agency performance across Paid & Owned Media and SEO. In close collaboration with Marketing Procurement, ensure the right operating model, scope of work, performance framework, remuneration model, and service levels are in place to enable strong agency delivery. Own agency performance management in close partnership with Marketing Procurement, jointly build an integrated framework that brings together operational and marketing performance with commercial and compliance performance. Establish clear KPIs, track results, and co-lead regular business reviews to ensure our agency partnerships continuously deliver against expectations. Act as the senior business owner and primary counterpart to Marketing Procurement to drive commercial excellence across agency pitches, scopes of work, remuneration models, negotiations, and contracts, ensuring business needs and commercial strategies come together to create strong, sustainable value. Build and strengthen strategic media partnerships with key global partners such as Meta, Google, and TikTok, acting as a senior point of contact and developing relationships that deliver measurable impact for H&M. Lead joint business planning with strategic media partners, identifying opportunities to improve performance, unlock innovation, and create greater value for H&M and our customers. Enable scalable ways of working, ensuring consistency and efficiency in how we collaborate with agencies and media partners across markets while allowing for relevant local needs. You will also work with stakeholders across markets and functions to ensure that our agency and partner ecosystem is aligned, effective, and set up to deliver impact at scale WHO YOU ARE We are looking for people with… A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. 10+ years of experience working with media agencies, media partners, or in media governance, commercial, or related roles. Strong understanding of media agency models, operations, delivery models, and commercial structures. A proven track record of building and developing strong agency and partner relationships that deliver measurable business value. Solid commercial acumen, with hands-on experience shaping scopes of work, negotiating contracts and remuneration models, and identifying opportunities to drive value. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align global and local stakeholders and build effective relationships across a complex organization. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills, with the confidence to simplify complexity, shape compelling narratives, and influence senior stakeholders and external partners. Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills in English. WHAT IS NEEDED IN THIS ROLE: * 3+ years equity trading, sales trading, execution services, or agency brokerage * Relevant university degree * Swedsec broker license * Knowledge of derivatives and multi-asset trading workflows. * Excellent communication and relationship management skills. * Familiarity with electronic trading platforms, OMS/EMS systems, and algorithmic execution. * Experience with TCA and execution quality measurement. * Programming or data analytics skills (Python, VBA, SQL, or similar) are advantageous, but not requirement.
