Arbetsuppgifter Som stödassistent har du en viktig roll i att ge stöd och service till brukare utifrån individuella behov, med fokus på självständighet, självbestämmande och delaktighet. Arbetet utgår från relevant myndighetsbeslut samt den enskildes genomförandeplan, och du arbetar för att skapa trygghet och livskvalitet genom lågaffektivt bemötande, struktur och tydliggörande pedagogik och god kommunikation. I det dagliga arbetet som stödassistent ger du stöd och vägledning till brukarna i deras vardag utifrån ett pedagogiskt och praktiskt förhållningssätt. Stödet innefattar hjälp vid omsorg/hygien, matlagning och färdighetsträning, samt fritidsaktiviteter som är viktiga för brukaren. I uppdrag ingår även ledsagar- och avlösarservice till barn & ungdomar. Grunden i arbetet är en god och tydlig kommunikation samt gott bemötande. Du arbetar för att skapa ett lugn och trygghet för brukarna i olika situationer som de möter i sin vardag. Vidare är du ett stöd och skapar förutsättningar för god kontakt med anhöriga, sjukvård och andra kontakter som är viktiga för varje brukare.
