Om tjänsten Som Projektledare inom sprinkler hos oss på IVAB ansvarar du för att planera, leda och följa upp sprinklerprojekt – från projektering till färdig anläggning. Du har en central roll i att driva framför allt stora och komplexa projekt med betydande ekonomiska värden, inklusive ett större strategiskt uppdrag. Vi söker Byggledare Byggnadsverk till Trafikverket Detta är ett konsultuppdrag. Stationeringsort är Skellefteå. Tjänsten är på heltid. Uppdraget innebär ett nära samarbete med kunden vilket ställer stora krav på flexibilitet och samarbetsförmåga. Uppdraget Trafikverket söker en Byggledare Byggnadsverk till Norrbotniabanan, ett av Sveriges största infrastrukturprojekt. Norrbotniabanan omfattar en ny 27 mil lång enkelspårig järnväg mellan Umeå och Luleå och består av flera projekt och delprojekt med cirka 200 personer i beställarorganisationen. Som byggledare blir du en del av Trafikverkets projektorganisation och arbetar med planering av produktionsskedet samt byggledning inom väg- och järnvägsprojekt i centrala Skellefteå. Du fungerar som projektledarens stöd i produktionstekniska frågor och ansvarar för samordning, uppföljning och kontroll av entreprenader avseende tid, teknik, kvalitet, ekonomi, miljö, arbetsmiljö och säkerhet. I rollen ingår bland annat att följa upp entreprenörernas arbete och egenkontroller, samordna med projektledare, byggledare och entreprenörer, delta i besiktningar och projektering, föra protokoll och dagbok samt säkerställa att entreprenader genomförs enligt kontrakt och uppsatta mål. Uppdraget innebär resor inom entreprenaden och mellan Trafikverkets projektkontor i Umeå, Skellefteå och Luleå. Samverka med projektledare, övriga byggledare och andra intressenter för att säkerställa en effektiv produktion. Krav (OBS, obligatoriska) Flytande svenska i tal och skrift.  a) Minst 5 års erfarenhet som platschef, byggledare, delprojektledare, arbetsledare,projektchef, uppdragsledare eller motsvarande för uppdrag gällande anläggningsentreprenader inom väg och/eller järnväg. Arbetserfarenheten ska ej vara äldre än 10 år (minst 50 % sysselsättningsgrad per erfarenhetsår). b) Minst 3 års erfarenheten i punkt a) ska vara som byggledare, produktionsledare,eller arbetsledare alternativt besiktningsman inom broprojekt avseende vägoch/eller järnväg. Minst ett års erfarenhet av trafiksäkerhetsarbete inom väg- och/eller järnvägsprojekt. Genomförd utbildning inom APV Steg 1.1 eller högre, alternativt BASÄSKYDD. Erfarenhet av grundläggningsarbeten genom pålning. God problemlösningsförmåga och förmåga att hantera komplexa tekniska utmaningar. Rollen passar dig som har gedigen erfarenhet av byggledning, produktion, broprojekt och entreprenaduppföljning inom väg- och/eller järnvägsrelaterade anläggningsprojekt. Uppdraget är placerat i Skellefteå och kräver fysisk närvaro på plats fem dagar per vecka. Resor i tjänsten kan förekomma till arbetsplatser inom entreprenadområdet samt till andra projektkontor i norra Sverige. We are seeking a highly skilled Rotating Equipment Field and Quality Engineer to oversee the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and quality assurance of rotating machinery such as pumps, compressors, and motors. The role requires strong technical expertise, field experience, and a commitment to ensuring equipment is delivered and maintained to the highest standards. About the role as a Quality Specialist As a Quality Specialist, you will support a specific part of the production team within the project.
