På kliniken finns specialistsjuksköterskor, som har stor kompetens inom kirurgin och som är till stöd för personal, både för ny men också för den mer erfarna personalen och framförallt för våra patienter. Din profil Du är utbildad undersköterska med ett brinnande intresse för ditt arbete och för vårdutveckling där du får möjlighet att utveckla dina medicinska färdigheter! Kirurgkliniken är en av de största verksamheterna vid Centralsjukhuset Kristianstad och består av mottagningsverksamhet med kärl-, övre/nedre gastro- och bröst-/plastikpatienter. Vi har även onkologisk behandlingsenhet, Kirurgiavdelning Akut, Kirurgiavdelning, Gynekologi Kirurgi Öron-Näs-Hals, Urologi- och kärlavdelning, samt Ortopediavdelning Akut. Vår Kirurgiavdelning är specialiserad för patienter som behandlas kirurgiskt för bland annat kolorektala sjukdomstillstånd. På avdelningen vårdar vi 13 patienter på två team. Vi vårdar patienter med akuta kirurgiska tillstånd, och flera av våra patienter har onkologiska diagnoser. Hos oss bedriver vi såväl pre- som postoperativ vård. Utvecklingen inom specialiteten går framåt, kirurgiska tekniker och medicinska behandlingar blir alltmer komplexa och samtidigt mer tillgängliga för ett större antal patienter. Vi har ett nära samarbete med Gynekologi Kirurgi Öron-Näs-Hals avdelningen som befinner sig på samma plan. Hos oss arbetar kunniga samt engagerade medarbetare och vårt mål är att alltid ha patienten i fokus. Vi är ett stort team med olika yrkeskategorier som jobbar tätt tillsammans kring patienten. Vår avdelningsfarmaceut avlastar sjuksköterskorna med att beställa läkemedel, ser till så att alla läkemedel finns i vårt sortiment och fyller på läkemedelsvagnarna till varje team. Farmaceuten hjälper även till med att iordningsställa dropp, antibiotika och tablettdelning. Under dagtid på vardagar har vi samordnare som bland annat koordinerar alla inkommande samtal och en SVU-koordinator som planerar och kartlägger patientens behov inför hemgång. 2 plats(er). ARBETSUPPGIFTER Hos oss på Kirurgiavdelningen får du ett spännande och utvecklande arbete i trivsamt arbetsklimat där alla hjälps åt. Du kommer att omges av trevliga och kompetenta kollegor i ett nära teamarbete. Teamet består av en sjuksköterska och en undersköterska som tar hand om 6 till 7 patienter under sitt arbetspass. Som sjuksköterska arbetar du bland annat med preoperativa förberedelser och postoperativ vård av patienter som genomgått kolorektal kirurgi. En del av våra patienter erhåller epiduralkateter i samband med operation, vilket innebär att du får arbeta med avancerad smärtlindring. Vi arbetar enligt ERAS, som är ett evidensbaserat vårdprogram, där syftet är att patienten ska ha snabbare återhämtning, minskade komplikationer och kortare vårdtid på sjukhuset. Vår arbetsgrupp arbetar med utveckling och förbättring på vår enhet. Vi har väl utarbetade rutiner och är måna om våra patienter. We serve a population of 40,000 inhabitants in the municipalities of Torsby, Sunne, Hagfors and Munkfors. The hospital has a medical department and a department of surgery, orthopaedics and anaesthetics. There are 48 inpatient beds on three wards and an ICU with 4 beds. We have a modern operating theatre and an endoscopy unit. Our emergency department is open 24/7 and staffed by medical, surgical and orthopaedic doctors on call. We also have an outpatients department with specialised clinics. In the medical department we take care of patients with a broad spectrum of medical conditions, both as inpatients and in the outpatient department.
