ABOUT THE TEAM The global ABP Team acts as a critical platform that enables and improves efficiencies and effectiveness across Stripe by providing high-value, high-impact administrative support to leadership. The global ABP Team is a recognized and valued team that is integral to how Stripe operates. A crucial part of the global ABP Team is our Administrative Coordinator team—a centralized group of highly motivated and skilled individuals who offer core administrative support to Stripe leaders. WHAT YOU’LL DO As the Administrative Coordinator program and team grow, you'll find ways to successfully build processes and systems for scale, manage hiring practices that maintain the Stripe talent bar, and manage individual contributors across multiple regions. Additionally, you'll build relationships with key stakeholders and leaders across the organization that enable and support the work of the Administrative Coordinators and the larger global ABP Team. You'll report to and partner closely with the ABP Program Manager and support operational efforts, programming, and processes for the global ABP Program, including operating cadence, rhythm of business, and documentation. RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage and lead a team of Administrative Coordinators * Maintain an understanding of team workload and bandwidth * Develop and maintain adherence to the scope of the program and ensure individuals are set up for success * Maintain an understanding of team and individual performance and quality of support * Develop and maintain program documentation and guidelines * Provide regular and frequent feedback and coaching to individual team members * Address program escalations, feedback, and concerns * Develop strong executive, peer, and stakeholder relationships, maintaining effective communication channels and influencing without authority * Manage the headcount and capacity planning process in partnership with the ABP Program Manager * Manage the onboarding and training (and associated logistics) for new Administrative Coordinators * Serve as an expert on Stripe- and ABP-related policies and guidelines (e.g., travel and expenses) and enforce with the team—provide guidance and expectations around administrative best practices, tools, and processes * Identify and solve large-scale, ambiguous, and complex problems with company- and org-wide impact and drive org-wide strategic improvements * Drive key changes to programs to achieve future-state objectives, including processes, documentation, measurement, etc. * Draft and distribute comms across the ABP Team and to key stakeholders * Ideate and implement process improvements for the global ABP Program * Drive efficiency through simplification, automation, and continuous improvement of systems, processes, and ways of working * Contribute to strategic planning and roadmapping for the global ABP Program * Support existing tools, processes, templates, playbooks, and knowledge management efforts * Exhibit excellent judgment on sensitive and cross-functional issues, building collaboration between leaders, sub-teams, and the larger organization WHO YOU ARE We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. ABOUT THE TEAM The administrative business partner team works with Stripe's leaders to support their day-to-day administrative needs, while also contributing to projects that help drive the company's strategic priorities. WHAT YOU'LL DO Stripe is seeking an eager and poised individual with a high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and professional drive to support the Office of the CEO. This role reports directly to the Administrative Business Partner (ABP) to the CEO and is responsible for a wide range of tasks. A successful candidate has a "no task too big, no task too small" mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to partner with leaders and individuals across the organization. Additionally, this individual has unwavering discretion, proven experience operating in ambiguous environments, and resilience. The CEO is based out of our South San Francisco HQ, so we're looking for someone to be in-office at least 3 days per week. RESPONSIBILITIES * Offer administrative support to our CEO by partnering with their ABP, Family Home Office (FHO), and security team to enable seamless movements for a complex calendar * Support extensive research and logistics for unique and high-caliber offsite events * Travel to offices and support executive onsites * Track, manage, and reconcile expenses monthly * Liaise with external contacts for a high volume of external speaking engagements, mapping out all aspects of the engagement (e.g. travel, security access, briefing materials, etc.) * Manage end-to-end complex travel including planning, presenting various creative options in advance of domestic and international trips * Identify opportunities to establish new—and improve existing—administrative systems and processes. A firm understanding of AI capabilities and a desire to go deep to test implementation of new systems and tools are critical. * Own and manage complex annual projects that require exec engagement in addition to ad hoc projects * Build cross-functional relationships between key executive-level stakeholders * On-the-ground logistical and general administrative office support WHO YOU ARE We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * 5+ years of administrative experience at a quickly-scaling or large company * Proven skills in organization and processes, with superb attention to detail and a strong ability to execute * Experience in complex time management and demonstrated ability to quickly shift tasks and priorities as needed * Experience operating with a strong sense of ownership and believe trust is built on ensuring nothing is ever dropped * Proven experience in building systems and processes that enable you to balance a high volume of tasks without ever missing details or losing sight of long-term goals * Experience working across various roles and teams in a fast-paced, changing environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient * Proven experience in communicating, performing, and reacting well under pressure or ambiguity * Experience in optimizing processes to make them more efficient * Experienced at handling sensitive information and situations with care and confidence * Demonstrated ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of others before they arise * Experienced with AI tools and have integrated them into your workflows effectively PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in or partnering with a Family Home Office (FHO) or Personal Assistant(s) * Experience partnering with executive security * Experience in a high-growth technology startup
