About the Role You will join an internal development team working hands-on with a cloud-based Genesys platform and the connected systems within the Contact Centre area. Job DescriptionYou will develop and configure solutions in Genesys Cloud as part of the internal development team. You will help shape the future cloud-based platform and its connected systems within the Contact Centre area. You will work hands-on with technical development across relevant parts of the stack. You will contribute to improvements in how the platform is built, configured, and integrated. You will collaborate with others in the team to drive stable and scalable solutions. RequirementsSeveral years of hands-on development and configuration experience with Genesys Cloud. Development experience in some or all of the following technologies: Java, C#, JavaScript, and Python. You are comfortable working in a hands-on technical role within an internal development team. Nice to haveExperience with Kubernetes. Experience with AWS. Experience with Jenkins. Experience with WebLogic. Experience with Terraform. We are looking for a Senior Genesys Developer for a global company in Stockholm. Start is in Aug 2026, 9-months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
