Responsibilities: Take end-to-end ownership of the project (full lifecycle from ideation to optimization) with ultimate accountability for business and customer value delivered Set the project mission and OKRs and translate these into a prioritized roadmap and team backlog and communicate to key stakeholders. Lead and build a technical cross-functional team of engineers with a business value mindset to expert to execute and deliver value together with other project teams Identify opportunities for improving the IAM strategy, policies and processes Coach members of the organization on the best practices that should be followed in identity and access management Identifying and addressing identity and access management issues Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure optimal collaboration across Project teams Define MVPs, manage project backlog priorities, and strategically de-scope to achieve rapid feedback cycles Preferred skills and previous experiences Structured and pragmatic approach to setting and communicating priorities in a dynamic environment Experienced in leading teams in tech development with many dependencies Experience in leading technical teams building custom development solutions that are geographically spread You are truly a doer, willing to get hands-on solving any problems needed to help the project move forward You are structured, analytical and fast in understanding and execution.  Humble yet driven, you believe in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety and build trust and relationships at all levels. About the assignment Are you passionate about innovation, automation, and creating seamless collaboration platforms? We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking M365 + IAM Engineer/Developer to join our agile Collaboration Services team. This team is responsible for delivering a secure, efficient, and scalable M365, Active Directory (AD), and Entra ID environment that empowers our Aurobay colleagues to be their most productive, ensuring a great user experience. As part of this dynamic team, you will operate in a DevOps setup where the team owns the full lifecycle of their product - new development, continuous improvement, operational tasks, and user support. We strive for relentless automation to simplify recurring tasks and self-service solutions that enhance user independence and productivity. The role demands strong collaboration, problem-solving, and technical expertise rooted in modern software development practices, including event-driven architectures, serverless technologies, and automation. Key Responsibilities: -Engineer, configure, and optimize M365, Entra ID, and Active Directory environments to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable services. -Design and implement event-based integrations that connect systems like ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and enterprise identity platforms such as AD and Entra ID. -Automate workflows using tools like PowerShell, Graph API, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps, driving efficiency and scalability. -Develop innovative solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint) to enhance collaboration and productivity while maintaining security and compliance standards. -Support and manage hybrid identity configurations between Active Directory and Entra ID to maintain seamless experiences in the enterprise IT environment. -Implement and manage modern development practices like Infrastructure as Code and GitOps, ensuring repeatable and streamlined deployments. -GitHub Actions for version-controlled workflows, repository management, and deployment. -Leverage DevOps principles to ensure the continuous delivery and improvement of the Collaboration and IAM platforms. Skill requirements The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience or demonstrate curiosity and capability in the following areas: -M365 technologies, including Power Platform, Purview and collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint. -Entra ID & Active Directory, including expertise in Conditional Access policies, Group Policies, and MFA configuration. -Event-based integrations connecting enterprise systems like ServiceNow and SuccessFactors with identity platforms. -Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python or equivalent tools. -Azure Functions & Logic Apps for building robust serverless workflows and event-driven solutions. -Familiarity with Graph API and PnP (Patterns and Practices) for advanced integrations. -Expertise in modern software development practices including Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, Github Actions and DevOps principles. -Deep understanding of event-driven architectures (PubSub, streaming) for scalable and flexible system integrations.
