Your future We are looking for our next Senior Mobile App Developer to join our product development team within Entertainment Lighting. In this role, you will take on senior responsibilities and be accountable for the continued development and maintenance of our mobile applications for iOS and Android built with Flutter. While your primary focus will be within the Entertainment Lighting team, you will also be expected to manage multiple apps across different teams and projects, balancing the needs of each while keeping the overall architecture consistent and maintainable. You will improve the existing user experience while exploring new ways for users to interact with our products. You will work closely with hardware and embedded teams to create seamless integrations between our products and mobile applications. An important part of our approach to product development is having a deep understanding of our customers' challenges and a close understanding of the environment in which our products are used. As a senior developer, we expect you to be driven by a desire to understand the entertainment lighting industry. It's also important that you are comfortable navigating autonomously in vague and unfamiliar environments while being a solid and central team player who can support junior colleagues as well as consultants. As part of maintaining a close dialogue with our customers and partners, we encourage you to participate in trade shows and engineering meet-ups around the world approximately 2-3 times per year. About you For the role to be a good match, we believe that you: * Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction design, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent * Have experience developing Flutter applications for both Android and iOS, as well as some experience with native mobile development. * Have an eye for user experience and an interest in creating intuitive interfaces. * Are familiar with Figma and have the ability to work in it * Are curious about customers, their workflows and the market, and enjoy translating those insights into better products. * Have an interest in embedded systems and hardware-related development, ideally with hands-on experience using platforms such as Arduino, ESP32 or similar. * Are curious and proactive, enjoy exploring unfamiliar technologies, and continuously seek opportunities to improve our products and development practices. * Are fluent in English, written and spoken It is advantageous if you also have: * Experience publishing and maintaining applications in Google Play and App Store. * Experience with Bluetooth/BLE or wireless networking (Bluetooth/BLE, Zigbee, WiFi, LoRa, Thread, 6LoWPAN, NB-IoT, 5G etc.) * Experience from the entertainment lighting industry Our tech stack * Whatever OS and editor that make you productive * Flutter * GitLab and GitLab CI * Bluetooth (mainly BLE) Diversity and culture We are on a mission to replace all cables in the world, and we are looking for you who share our passion for cutting-edge technology! In our General Lighting team, we work with W-DALI and AirGlow to bring reliable wireless lighting control to real-world environments, using existing DALI systems and without the need for cabling. Your future We are looking for our next Embedded Software Developer to join our product development team within General Lighting. In this role, you will play an important role in new development projects as well as maintenance assignments on system level, e.g. drawing up requirement specifications, pre-studies, proposals, system design, system testing (QA) and acceptance testing. You will also plan and execute product/project plans and drive process improvements. An important part of our approach to product development is having a deep understanding of our customers' challenges and closely understanding the environment in which our products are used. As a developer in the team, we expect you to be driven by a desire to understand the industry and participate in technical customer dialogues and support cases when needed. Your future We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join the team, supporting our DALI lighting control solutions, and building automation products, W-Modbus and W-BACnet. In this role, you will take ownership of post-sales technical support, working closely with customers such as lighting designers, installers, electricians, and system integrators. You will operate mainly as a 2nd – 3rd line support function, collaborating with distributors and internal development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, often related to configuration, system setup, and interoperability. The role may also include handling RMA cases and supporting more complex investigations, occasionally on-site. In addition to day-to-day support, you will contribute to improving support flows, documentation, and product quality by providing structured feedback and technical insights to product management and development. You will play an important role in strengthening the link between customer needs and our product organization. The position is primarily based at the office in Gothenburg, with travels approximately 5–7 times per year for trade shows or visiting customers around the world.
