About the position We're seeking a talented Full-Stack developer to design, build and maintain modern applications for predictive maintenance tools. As a Full-Stack Developer, you'll work across the entire stack, understanding how each layer influences the next. You'll work closely with system architecture, technical design and execute end-to-end solutions, collaborating with product owners, designers and experts to deliver high-quality products. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain scalable frontend and backend components • Design and implement API-driven services and advanced user interfaces • Shape system architecture and lead technical design • Collaborating with cross-functional teams • Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and thorough reviews • Participate in all stages of development, from ideation to deployment • Drive innovation and enhance existing solutions Qualifications • At least 5 years of experience in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and related technologies • Strong grasp of API design and integration patterns • Experience with predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, or similar fields • Excellent collaboration and communication skills • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems • Experience working with containerized environments and platforms such as OpenShift (or similar Kubernetes-based platforms) • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including serverless components such as Azure Functions • Experience building event-driven architectures using services like Azure Event Hubs When you apply through Techrytera AB, you’re not just applying for a job – you’re starting a dialogue about your career path. The opportunity This is a role where you will work at the forefront of industrial digitalization in the energy sector. It is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills, a good grasp of HVDC systems, and the ability to manage complex technical and business interfaces. As Technical Solution Owner – Condition Monitoring & UX, you will define and shape how condition monitoring capabilities are integrated and experienced within IdentiQ. You will evaluate market solutions, collaborate with system specialists to translate CM requirements into product features, and design intuitive, actionable user experiences for operators, maintenance engineers, and asset managers. The Digital Twin Solutions team within HVDC Engineering delivers IdentiQ, Hitachi Energy’s SaaS-based digital twin offering. IdentiQ provides customers with a comprehensive digital representation of HVDC stations, enabling improved asset performance, sustainability insights, and operational excellence through advanced analytics and visualization. How you’ll make an impact Evaluate condition monitoring solutions and conduct competitive analysis to recommend build vs. buy strategies. Opportunity to shape a critical capability within a world-class digital twin solution by translating CM requirements into product features and defining functional scope for IdentiQ. Own the UX strategy for CM features; design user flows and interfaces that make complex data actionable. Collaborate with designers, developers, and data experts to deliver CM capabilities and ensure customer success. Engaging with customers and partners to gather insights and validate product-market fit. Prioritize CM backlog, define success metrics, and monitor feature performance post-launch. Your background Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, asset performance management, or industrial digitalization. Strong understanding of CM principles and UX design processes. Proven ability to manage technical deliverables in complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Excellent communication skills and experience in customer-facing technical discussions. Preferred: Hands-on experience with CM technologies (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis), knowledge of HVDC systems, familiarity with digital twin concepts, SaaS product development, and UX research/design thinking.
