OM ROLLEN: Som Marketing Activation Specialist ansvarar du för att omsätta Walleys varumärkesstrategi till upplevelser, relationer och aktiveringar som stärker både varumärket och affären. Du projektleder egna event, driver Walleys närvaro på mässor och branschevenemang samt identifierar nya möjligheter att aktivera varumärket mot både B2B- och B2C-målgrupper. Genom co-branding, kundaktiveringar och kreativa marknadsinitiativ utvecklar du upplevelser som stärker Walleys position på marknaden och skapar värde för både kunder och partners. Du säkerställer också att våra event och aktiveringar lever vidare genom innehåll i Walleys egna kanaler och bidrar till att förstärka effekten av våra marknadsaktiviteter. exempel på uppgifter: * Projektleda och genomföra Walleys egna event - från idé och planering till genomförande och uppföljning. * Ansvara för Walleys deltagande på mässor, konferenser och andra relevanta branschevenemang med fokus på Norden. * Omsätta Walleys varumärkesstrategi till kreativa och affärsnära aktiveringar för både B2B- och B2C-målgrupper. * Planera och genomföra co-branding-aktiviteter och andra marknadsinitiativ tillsammans med våra kunder och partners. * Identifiera nya möjligheter att stärka Walleys varumärke genom relevanta samarbeten, upplevelser och marknadsaktiviteter. * Bygga och utveckla relationer med kunder, partners och andra viktiga aktörer inom e-handelsbranschen. * Säkerställa att våra event och aktiveringar lever vidare genom innehåll i Walleys egna kanaler. * Arbeta nära Brand & Marketing, sälj- och produktteamet för att skapa aktiviteter som stärker både varumärket och affären. * Projektleda externa leverantörer och samarbetspartners för att säkerställa hög kvalitet i våra aktiviteter. * Budgetansvar för egna aktiveringar OM DIG: Vi söker dig med erfarenhet från e-handel eller retail, gärna med ett etablerat nätverk i branschen. Du är van vid att ta ett event från idé till genomförande och har koll på allt från logistik till storytelling. Du är en naturlig relationsbyggare som trivs i centrum av händelserna – en person som både driver på, inspirerar andra och bygger starka nätverk. Med fingertoppskänsla för trender skapar du aktiveringar som känns aktuella, relevanta och minnesvärda. What You Will Do * Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services in .NET and C# * Develop and optimize cloud-native systems in Azure * Work with infrastructure as code using Terraform * Ensure observability, maintainability, and performance across our systems * Collaborate closely with other developers, product managers, and designers to create high-quality, data-driven solutions * Contribute to continuous improvement and modern DevOps practices What We Are Looking For We believe you are an experienced developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys taking responsibility for the entire product lifecycle. You are pragmatic, curious, and humble, and you have a strong product mindset and passion for delivering great quality, resilient systems, and security. You likely have: * 5+ years of backend experience, primarily in .NET and C# * Proven experience with Azure and Terraform * A DevOps mindset and experience with continuous deployment and cloud-native architectures * Hands-on experience with several of the following: * Azure Service Bus, CosmosDB, Elasticsearch * Kibana, Grafana * Kubernetes, ArgoCD * Akka * An interest in e-commerce, fintech, or high-transaction systems How We Work We work in a hybrid setup, with our main office located at Lilla Bommen in Gothenburg. We're adding an Engineering Manager to help our teams and people thrive. You'll be the people leader for engineers across multiple autonomous product teams and part of a team of Engineering Managers who together drive team performance, engineering culture, and the conditions for great work. Your job isn't to direct but to create the conditions where self-organising teams deliver their best work. What you will do * Hire exceptionally — building great teams starts with getting the right people in. You have high standards, you know what good looks like, and you treat hiring as one of the most important things you do * Grow people — own the careers of the engineers in your teams. 1:1s, honest feedback, stretch opportunities, and the conversations that actually matter * Build high-performing teams — not by directing, but by creating the conditions where great engineers do their best work and hold each other to a high bar * Partner with PMs — be a genuine co-lead on your teams. Bring the people and capacity perspective, push back when needed, and make the team stronger together * Keep the engineering bar high — you won't be the technical decision-maker, but you'll notice when standards slip and ask the questions that bring them back up Who you are You've built and led engineering teams in a scale-up environment.
