As the Junior Partnerships Manager, you will support the growth of Audiomob’s gaming and app developer network by helping
identify, engage, onboard, and grow relationships with game and app partners.
This role is suited to someone with a strong interest in mobile gaming, app monetisation, and adtech, who is commercially minded
and eager to develop their partnership and deal-making skills. You will work closely with senior members of the Partnerships team
to support revenue growth through new partner acquisition, onboarding, and account development.
You should have a good understanding of mobile game or app monetisation, including key industry metrics such as retention, ARPDAU,
and LTV. You do not need to be an expert across every area, but you should be curious, analytical, and comfortable learning how
developers think about monetisation and user experience.
The ideal candidate will have some experience working with game or app developers, publishers, adtech platforms, or monetisation
teams. You should be confident in communicating with external partners, comfortable supporting commercial conversations, and able
to work cross-functionally with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Ad Ops.

In this role, you’ll work directly with senior stakeholders at banks, helping them succeed on our platform and shaping long-term collaboration. In addition, you will contribute to key projects - from launching new savings products on the marketplace to supporting technical bank migrations and much more. Your Responsibilities * Support and grow partnerships: Build and maintain day-to-day relationships with our partner banks, ensuring smooth collaboration and supporting shared success—including participating in in-person meetings. * Understand and enable: Develop a solid understanding of each bank’s requirements and help align them with Raisin’s platform, working closely with our marketing, distribution, and partner teams to help unlock growth. * Contribute to impactful projects: Assist with special initiatives—from launching new savings products to supporting strategic rollouts—and play an active role in delivering value to our partners. * Collaborate globally: Work with colleagues across different markets and teams on key projects, helping to bring structure and clarity to team goals. * Create transparency: Track, monitor, and report on partnership progress and project outcomes, keeping internal stakeholders aligned and informed. * Ensure operational excellence: Take ownership of keeping product information and documentation accurate and up to date, ensuring our daily systems run seamlessly. Your Profile * 1–2 years of experience (including relevant internships) in consulting, banking, or financial services, with a strong desire to learn how to manage professional stakeholders. * Excellent English and German communication skills, with the confidence to communicate clearly and professionally across teams. * Strong academic background in business, finance, economics, or a similar field. * Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. * A growth mindset, proactive attitude, and a strong willingness to be hands-on and dive into the details.
