Soho House

The Role…  At Soho House, a Spa Therapist you will deliver a premium, personalised experience to members and guests, offering a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments in a calm, luxurious environment. A successful Beauty Therapist for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.   * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-end spa, clinic, or luxury wellness environment  * NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 desirable for advanced treatments - Deep Tissue Massage)  * Strong knowledge of skincare brands, facial techniques, and massage therapies  * Experience with luxury products and a client-focused approach  * Impeccable grooming and communication skills  * Discreet, professional, and calm under pressure  * Comfortable working flexible shifts including evenings and weekends  Physical Requirements:  * Must be over the age of 18  * Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand  * Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours  * Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required  The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below. Soho House

The Role…  At Soho House, as the Spa Supervisor, you will support the daily operations of the spa and wellness facilities, ensuring exceptional guest service, smooth team coordination, and the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and well-being.
