What we’re looking for * A proven track record of leading SAP data migration projects across PP, MM, and/or SD modules, and delivering data management strategies aligned with S/4HANA implementations. * University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Outstanding communication skills with senior stakeholders and ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language. * Strong knowledge of S/4HANA data models and tables, and experience with SAP tools such as Data Services and Migration Cockpit, coupled with a collaborative mindset. * Knowledge of the automotive industry, Horse Powertrain’s business and our ambitions to move our industry forward. * Excellent written and spoken English; good working knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage. Your mission Lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of Information Systems solutions that enable Manufacturing Production Forecast operations, ensuring alignment between business needs and IS‑IT teams. Drive the IS Manufacturing Production Forecast strategy to support production planning, forecasting, resource management, and plant safety, while advancing the company’s digital transformation through strong partnerships, effective project leadership, and operational excellence. What you will be doing * Define and drive the IS strategy for Manufacturing Production Forecast, aligned with HORSE business and global digital strategies. * Identify and deploy innovative technologies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency, cost, and user satisfaction. * Establish data governance, data models, and data exposure to enable dashboards and advanced analytics. * Build and maintain strong partnerships with Manufacturing and Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure business alignment. * Lead the design, delivery, and support of compliant, secure, and high‑quality IS solutions and services. * Oversee IS project management, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery with defined quality standards. * Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication across projects and operations. * Drive operational excellence through performance metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives. What we’re looking for * A proven track record working as a Project Information System Leader, with strong knowledge of the forecasting production business processes. * Outstanding experience of deployment of an ERP solution (SAP) and migration projects skills. * Strong leadership, communication and large-scale project management skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset on a multicultural environment. * Excellent written and spoken English; good working knowledge of Spanish or Chinese would be an advantage. What you'll be doing As our Senior Financial Accountant, you'll be the person who ensures the integrity of our financial records and drives excellence in our accounting operations. Here's what your day-to-day will look like: * General Ledger and Subledger Ownership – Take full responsibility for General Ledger accounting, ensuring accurate and timely postings, robust documentation standards, and full reconciliation of subledgers. Oversee accounts payable and receivable ledgers, ensuring proper clearing of suspense accounts and accurate reconciliation of bank movements. * Balance Sheet Integrity – Prepare and review detailed balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring traceability and consistency across accounts. * Fixed assets and Capex accounting – Manage capitalization policies, amortization schedules, and related accounting treatments. * Payroll Accounting – Oversee payroll accounting entries in coordination with external providers, ensuring accurate accruals, reconciliations, and consistency with statutory records. * Audit and Compliance Support – Act as key contact for statutory auditors and provide structured, high-quality supporting documentation. * Tax and Regulatory Support – Prepare accounting data required for VAT and other tax filings, ensuring consistency with accounting records. * Continuous Improvement – Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, control, and documentation within the accounting function. Does this sound like you? * Experience – At least 5 years of experience in accounting within fintech, finance or corporate services, with a strong exposure to full closing cycles. * Accounting Knowledge – Solid knowledge of local accounting principles (Italian and/or Luxembourg GAAP). IFRS exposure is considered a plus. * Proactive Mindset – Ability to work effectively in dynamic and fast-paced environments, meeting tight deadlines with precision. * Ownership, Accountability and Team Contribution – Ability to independently manage complex accounting topics and take full responsibility for assigned entities, while actively contributing to the overall quality, consistency, and performance of the Accounting team. * Technical Skills – Comfortable working in structured ERP environments and modern digital accounting ecosystems. Strong analytical skills and advanced spreadsheet proficiency are required. Experience with automation, data tools, or scripting-based workflows is a plus. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus. * Languages – Fluent in Italian and English, ensuring effective communication with international teams.
