POSITION OVERVIEW: The FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in driving the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities. This position requires strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and enhance overall financial performance. The role involves working closely with senior leadership, commercial, operations, and credit teams to provide insights that shape pricing, unit economics, growth strategy, and capital allocation. WHAT YOU WILL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES) : Financial Planning & Forecasting * Build and maintain financial models to project future performance. * Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company goals. * Update rolling forecasts to reflect changing business conditions. Financial Analysis * Perform variance analysis to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities. * Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial results. * Support strategic initiatives with scenario modeling and financial evaluation.
