The Role We’re looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Soho House Amsterdam. In this role, you’ll support the kitchen with setting up strong mise‑en‑place and confidently running your section in a busy service environment. You’ll be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes from the menu in line with company standards, while ensuring high levels of food quality and consistency. You’ll also play an important role in maintaining hygiene, safety, and the correct use of kitchen equipment and utensils. The Role  We’re looking for an experienced Food & Drinks Runner to join our Cecconi’s team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in delivering smooth service and creating memorable experiences for our members and guests.  Working closely with the floor, kitchen, and bar teams, you’ll deliver food and drinks to tables, support the wait staff during service, and ensure tables are set and ready. Acting as a link between the kitchen, bar, and floor, you’ll help make sure service runs seamlessly at all times. Additionally, as part of your role, you’ll occasionally support private events or other F&B departments if support is required. Helping deliver exceptional, end‑to‑end guest experiences across the House.
