You’ll brew delicious coffee one day and will be mixing our signature cocktail the next;   * You’ll be a secret concierge to the city, answering all of your guests’ questions about the best places to visit, eat, shop or party;   * Tidy home’s a happy home. You’ll make sure everything is spick and span in all areas and ready for the following shift;   * You’ll help our guests with any requests or demands regarding our facilities (you may even pick up some new tech skills along the way!).    Who You Are * You’re currently enrolled in an EU School or University; * Currently studying a relevant bachelor’s in Hospitality, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business;  * Enjoy receiving and taking responsibility and you can work independently;  * You have a flexible, hands-on, motivated and positive approach;   * You’re an octopus that loves to get your dexterity skills into action;   * You love responsibility and handle stressful peak periods like a pro;   * Fluent in English – Know any other languages? This position will be located in Paris 🧚🏻 OUR DATA TEAM At Joko, the Data team plays a central role in transforming data into a true product that powers insights, automation, and innovation across the company. We are part of the Data & Operations department, and our mission is to build robust data foundations that enable all teams to make smarter, faster, and more scalable decisions. Today, the team is made of Data Analysts handling full-stack responsibilities, from building dashboards and conducting analyses to designing and maintaining data pipelines. Joining us as a Data Analyst Intern means getting the opportunity to learn from this full-stack approach: you will be exposed to the entire lifecycle of data processes, from data ingestion and transformation to modeling, business analysis, and visualization. Here's what we do: * Build data as a product: We design, document, and maintain trusted datasets used company-wide—from business reporting to experimentation, automation, and internal tools. * Operate and evolve a modern data stack: We currently operate on Snowflake, dbt, Airbyte, and Metabase. As we grow, we aim to keep strengthening our stack to ensure it stays reliable and robust, while supporting the company’s evolving needs. * Deliver actionable insights and power AI: We deliver high-quality reports, self-serve dashboards, and data tools that help every team—from Product to Ops to Marketing—understand, explore, and act on data. We foster a strong data culture by training teams and sharing best practices to make data both accessible and trustworthy. 🎯 WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Data Analyst Intern, you will have a cross-functional role and collaborate closely with teams to understand our data and develop insights. * Continuous learning and improvement: As "never stop learning" is one of our values, you will continuously grow your skills and knowledge, accompanied by an experienced Data Analyst who will support you in mastering analytical methods and the tools of our data stack, helping you develop new expertise. * Data loading and transformation: You will be involved in loading and transforming the data as we have a “full stack” approach in Data at Joko. You will closely collaborate with experienced Data Analysts, who will guide and support you throughout these tasks. While you’ll receive assistance on data engineering parts, this role will give you exposure to the entire lifecycle of data processes. * Deep-dive analyses: You will explore and analyse data to uncover trends, patterns, and potential issues that will help in the decision-making processes across all teams. * Building data solutions: You will contribute to the design and implementation of internal data solutions, such as forecasting or scoring models and decision-support tools that turn data into actionable opportunities for other teams and help them make better decisions at scale. * Reporting and data visualization: You will participate in creating content, such as dashboards and charts, using our data visualization tool. You will be involved in defining the report's content and constructing dashboards and charts to effectively communicate data-driven findings to stakeholders. * Interactions with stakeholders: You will work hand-in-hand with them to understand their needs, collect their feedback, and also evangelize data usage to help them make more informed decisions. 👀 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Experience: You are seeking your end-of-study internship. Having done an internship in Data and/or in a demanding environment (e.g., M&A, consulting) is a plus. * Education: You graduated from a top-tier engineering, business, or applied science program. * Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges, you welcome feedback and you are willing to get better every day to reach excellence. * Problem-solving & Analytical skills: You love solving complex problems and analyzing data. * Coding knowledge: Familiarity with at least one programming language is expected. We sit within Appinio's engineering department (~50 people), which means you'll work closely with other engineers - not in a silo.   We take ownership seriously. The team is small by design, so everyone has real autonomy over their domain and a direct line to decision-making. There's no layer of management between you and the work. If you see something broken or a process that could be automated, you're expected to fix it - and you'll have the time and backing to do so.   Automation and tooling are core to how we operate. We're not a click-ops team. Where it makes sense, we script, integrate, and build instead of doing things manually.
