At Kineto, we believe the creative economy will reach $3 trillion by 2035 - 15 times its current value. Millions of creators are already building audiences and businesses online, but most still can’t easily turn their ideas into real digital products. Kineto is an AI-powered platform for creators. Think of it as the sharpest colleague a creator could have — one that handles research, content writing, social media strategy, image and video generation, analytics, and workflow automation so creators can focus on what they do best: creating. Kineto brings together the best of AI and creator tools into a single intelligent assistant that actually gets things done. We're looking for a Senior Brand Designer to shape how Kineto looks and feels across every touchpoint — from our web presence and social channels to the product itself. This is a role for someone who wants to own a significant part of a brand's creative direction, not just execute on briefs. In this role, you will: * Own and evolve Kineto's brand identity — visual language, guidelines, and creative direction across all channels. * Design and build web pages that communicate the product's value with clarity and style. * Create and automate social media visuals using AI-powered workflows — from templates to dynamic content generation. * Produce motion and video content — animations, product demos, social clips, and other brand assets. * Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to ensure brand consistency across the product interface and external communications. * Contribute to product design when needed — wireframes, UI components, and interactive prototypes. * Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and the wider team. We'd love to have you on the team if you: * Have a strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, visual identity systems, and web design. * Are proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. * Can apply and extend a brand's visual language consistently across web, social, and product surfaces. * Clearly articulate design decisions and justify proposed solutions. * Have experience creating assets for social media at scale (templates, automation-friendly formats). * Feel comfortable working in a highly iterative environment and adapting as the product evolves. * Can guide tasks end to end — from concept through execution and feedback. * Have a realistic understanding of your strengths and areas for growth. We'd be especially thrilled if you: * Have hands-on experience with animation and motion design (After Effects, Lottie, CSS animations, etc.). * Are skilled in video editing for social and brand content. * Have experience with AI-assisted design workflows — generative tools, automated content pipelines, or AI prototyping. * Bring a genuine passion for branding and want to take ownership of Kineto's creative direction. #LI-DNI We are an equal opportunity employer We know great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere. We’re now looking for an exceptional Product Manager to partner with our Head of Product and help us discover our product-market fit. This role is for someone who enjoys moving fast, working in ambiguity, and building products in markets that don’t yet exist. AS PART OF OUR TEAM, YOU WILL: * Work across product, growth, and strategy – whatever helps us find product-market fit. * Generate and test product and growth hypotheses at high speed. * Talk constantly with our users – creators around the world building content and businesses. * Design unique user experiences in a category that is still being invented – there’s no playbook and no one to copy. * Take full ownership of a major product area, from user value to product metrics. * Launch experiments, features, and improvements that are reflected in real numbers. At a startup like ours, everyone wears multiple hats. The best ideas win, regardless of role. WE’LL BE THRILLED TO BRING YOU ON BOARD IF YOU: * Have 3 or more years of experience as a Product Manager working on mobile apps. * Have shipped at least two iOS applications and possess a strong command of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and App Store product standards. * Have worked on B2C products with 100k+ users. * Have experience building viral, engaging, or highly shareable features. * Understand how to find and grow an audience for product features. * Understand the creator/influencer economy (or have 5k+ followers on at least one social platform yourself). * Move fast and independently. * Are curious, thoughtful, and passionate about products. BONUS POINTS IF YOU: * Have startup experience as a Product Manager or founder. * Have experience with AI products, creator tools, or no-code platforms. #LI-KL1 We are an equal opportunity employer We know great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere. We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst for our client in Stockholm, to strengthen the measurement and analysis layer around their recommendation systems, working alongside engineering & product. Employment type : Fixed term Contract Duration : 6 Months Location : Stockholm Job Type: Onsite (Potential Hybrid option) Scope of the engagement ● Own the measurement of recommendation experiments - design A/B tests, define success metrics, and deliver readouts that explain not just whether something worked but why. ● Investigate model and system behavior: ranking quality, retrieval coverage, exposure and feedback effects, and the gaps between offline metrics and online outcomes. ● Build the dashboards, data models, and self-serve tooling the team relies on to monitor recommendation health, and leave them in a state the team can maintain after the engagement. ● Partner with engineers and PMs to scope analytical questions sharply - clarifying the objective and sizing the opportunity before they turn into long projects. ● Surface insight proactively: the segment behaving oddly, the metric drifting, the counterfactual worth running. We care about the deliverables and the handover. Work should be reproducible and documented well enough that it outlives the contract. What you bring ● 5+ years in an analytics or data science role, with a track record of operating independently and delivering with minimal ramp-up. ● Direct experience with recommendation, search, ranking, ads, or another large-scale ML-driven product. ● Strong SQL and comfort with large datasets (we work in BigQuery); fluency in Python for analysis beyond SQL. ● A real grasp of experimentation - A/B testing, statistical significance, and the common traps (peeking, interference, novelty effects). ● The instinct to clarify the objective before reaching for a solution, and the discipline to separate what the data shows from what you'd like it to show. ● Clear communication: you can take a messy analysis and land a single, defensible takeaway for any audience, from an engineer to a director. ● A very good understanding and application of advanced statistics Nice to have ● Familiarity with recommender systems internals - retrieval, ranking, candidate generation, offline vs. online evaluation. ● Exposure to bandits, off-policy evaluation, or causal inference. ● Experience building data models and dashboards others depend on (dbt, Looker, or similar) Please let us know if you are interested and if yes, then apply to careers@hybrus.se with your CV, including details about Salary, Notice period and Visa Status.
