As a growing, diverse and sustainable scale-up, we proudly live by three core values. If these values resonate with you, we’d love to explore how you can join us. * Taking ownership and driving impact * Being open to change and feedback * Being passionate about our mission and our customers. YOUR MISSION Own and grow Catawiki’s organic social presence across key platforms, turning exceptional objects, expert knowledge and category opportunities into engaging content that builds audience, brand affinity and commercial impact. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Define and execute the organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook, aligning content with business priorities and category opportunities. * Create, edit and publish social content independently, delivering a consistent stream of platform-native content. * Collaborate with Experts and Category teams to identify standout lots and transform them into compelling stories tailored to each channel. * Drive audience growth, engagement, lead generation and conversion performance, using data and insights to optimise results and report impact to senior stakeholders. * Identify, negotiate and manage influencer and creator partnerships that strengthen reach and relevance across key audiences. * Build and continuously improve AI-powered content creation workflows, from ideation and scripting through to publishing, enabling efficient content production at scale. WHAT YOU’LL BRING * 3+ years of experience in social media, ideally across both in-house and agency environments within consumer, media or marketplace businesses. * Proven ability to take content from concept to publication independently, including writing, shooting, editing and publishing. * Strong working knowledge of tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects) or CapCut, with a sharp eye for platform-native content. * Hands-on experience using generative AI tools throughout the content creation process and a strong interest in advancing AI-powered workflows. * Strong commercial and analytical skills, with experience setting KPIs, identifying growth opportunities and driving measurable business outcomes. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. * An international mindset, with experience across multiple markets and languages and an interest in art, collectibles, luxury or design considered a plus. HOW WE WORK * Partner closely with Brand, Communicatons, CRM, Paid Social and Category teams to maximise the impact of campaigns across channels. * Work cross-functionally with in-house experts and category specialists to uncover stories and content opportunities. * Take ownership of strategy, execution and performance in a lean, high-impact setup. * Continuously test, learn and adapt, using emerging platforms, tools and technologies to improve results. WHERE YOU’LL BE This is a hybrid role based in Amsterdam. You will work from our Amsterdam HQ a minimum of 2 days per week. At Kineto, we believe the creative economy will reach $3 trillion by 2035 - 15 times its current value. Millions of creators are already building audiences and businesses online, but most still can’t easily turn their ideas into real digital products. Kineto is an AI-powered platform for creators. Think of it as the sharpest colleague a creator could have — one that handles research, content writing, social media strategy, image and video generation, analytics, and workflow automation so creators can focus on what they do best: creating. Kineto brings together the best of AI and creator tools into a single intelligent assistant that actually gets things done. We're looking for a Senior Brand Designer to shape how Kineto looks and feels across every touchpoint — from our web presence and social channels to the product itself. This is a role for someone who wants to own a significant part of a brand's creative direction, not just execute on briefs. In this role, you will: * Own and evolve Kineto's brand identity — visual language, guidelines, and creative direction across all channels. * Design and build web pages that communicate the product's value with clarity and style. * Create and automate social media visuals using AI-powered workflows — from templates to dynamic content generation. * Produce motion and video content — animations, product demos, social clips, and other brand assets. * Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to ensure brand consistency across the product interface and external communications. * Contribute to product design when needed — wireframes, UI components, and interactive prototypes. * Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and the wider team. We'd love to have you on the team if you: * Have a strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, visual identity systems, and web design. * Are proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. * Can apply and extend a brand's visual language consistently across web, social, and product surfaces. * Clearly articulate design decisions and justify proposed solutions. * Have experience creating assets for social media at scale (templates, automation-friendly formats). * Feel comfortable working in a highly iterative environment and adapting as the product evolves. * Can guide tasks end to end — from concept through execution and feedback. * Have a realistic understanding of your strengths and areas for growth. We'd be especially thrilled if you: * Have hands-on experience with animation and motion design (After Effects, Lottie, CSS animations, etc.). * Are skilled in video editing for social and brand content. * Have experience with AI-assisted design workflows — generative tools, automated content pipelines, or AI prototyping. * Bring a genuine passion for branding and want to take ownership of Kineto's creative direction. #LI-DNI We are an equal opportunity employer We know great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere.
